No I think creative decisions regarding his character are what’s wrong with wwe. I’m sure if Joe was frustrated with his position and wanted to go to AEW then I’m sure cody would take him, being friends with Jericho and Moxley gets his foot even further in the door. I’m sure even fans would like the idea of Roman in AEW Regardless of who's fault it is,he is still is the poster boy. It would be an instant knee-jerk reaction from the fans.People are tired of the guy. I disagree. Even if you are right about the reaction he would receive from the fans, that would be a good thing because Roman would be the top heel. Whoever is the top face there battling a heel Roman Reigns as an avatar for the evil WWE empire would be a simple, effective, and profitable story.

So your telling me that if Reigns comes in and Spears Moxley or even comes to the aid of Moxley that fans wouldn’t pop hard as f***? And you know AEW would book him 100 times better as a heel or face

Lars Reigns Jinder Mahal Mojo Rawley Baron Corbin Come on, as much as everyone rags on the guy, Reigns would be a HUGE get, especially with the history with Moxley. Would WCW ever deny Stone Cold? Would TNA have denied Cena? Agreed.... they would want/take Reigns immediately. Reigns/Moxley with the type of creative they seem to have would be amazing.

I also dont believe just because people dislike watching him that he would be a good heel. Anyway,I could be wrong. Not that I believe anytime soon it would happen. Unless WWE goes out of business I doubt Roman will ever leave for another

Not many, I’d imagine.
Anyone who says they wouldn’t want Roman is kidding themselves. Especially when they have Ambrose.
I imagine they wouldn’t want Strowman, Corbin, McIntyre, Sheamus or Rusev. They’re too “WWE” for their liking IMO. Reigns at least has The Shield thing going for him.

Adam Cole (may he rest in peace)
his relationship with The Elite didn't exactly end on the best of terms, what with Kenny Omega firing him from Bullet Club and then having the Bucks murder him for poisoning Nick

Maybe they wouldn't want Lana, but Rusev can work a bunch of different styles in ring and he has tons of personality. I think he's one of those guys who'd shine outside of WWE. He's so much more talented than Roman, which isn't to say Roman also wouldn't shine outside WWE with proper writing/booking.

There isn't a single person on the WWE roster - Sullivan excluded - that AEW wouldn't at least consider, except perhaps those with personal issues with any of the people in charge at AEW. It's all going to be pretty much about the timing of things on AEW's needs. Workers jumping ship from WWE to AEW - and vice versa, so prepare yourselves for those, kiddies - will become more common if things are successful. They'd take Roman in a heartbeat if his contract came up. If Cody&Co think Jinder Mahal has something in him that he hasn't been able to show before, they'd give him a look. If he does, and there's an appropriate spot open, it could happen. This is 100% correct

A lot of lower mid card guys who had never wrestled outside of WWE. Guys like Ziggler (though I guess hes technically upper mid), Zack Ryder, Titus O'Neil where there a million guys guys more talented than them and hiring them would just make you look like TNA.

They just had Tye Dillinger in their battle royal. I’d say they would give anyone a look.

Wrestlers with bad attitudes, wrestlers fans are apathetic towards, and/or wrestlers who couldn't work anything other than WWE style. It's a small list really.

Come on, as much as everyone rags on the guy, Reigns would be a HUGE get, especially with the history with Moxley. Would WCW ever deny Stone Cold? Would TNA have denied Cena? AEW is not WCW or TNA. They have another philosophy and will only hire a few WWE guys at most. Reigns is not Stone Cold or Cena. He was booed out of every arena in North America until recently. Most of WWE couldnt get a job with AEW. They're pretty full. Just men alone who would not be signed, I would say: Akam Baron Corbin Bobby Lashley Bobby Roode Bray Wyatt Braun Strowman Brock Lesnar Dolph Ziggler Drew McIntyre EC3 Eric Young Fandango Gran Metalik Heath Slater Ivar Jason Jordan Jey Uso Jimmy Uso Konnor Mojo Rawley No Way Jose Rezar The Big Show The Miz Titus O’Neill Ali Andrade Apollo Crews Bo Dallas Buddy Murphy Curtis Axel Elias Epico Colon Erick Rowan Jeff Hardy Jinder Mahal Lars Sullivan Otis Randy Orton (even if hes close with Dustin)Primo Colon R-Truth Roman Reigns Sin Cara Sheamus Shelton Benjamin The Singh Brothers Akira Tozawa Ariya Daivari Drake Maverick Drew Gulak Humberto Carrillo Lince Dorado Kalisto Mike Kanellis Oney Lorcan The Sing Brothers And honestly, the 20 or so guys they would sign, they wouldnt sign more then 10 of them. If I was AEW and was only able to take one person from WWE... Orton would literally be top of the list. Legit ATG who can still go, and has been over with live crowds (casual and smark) pretty much always. History with Cody... history being a jerk to flippy floppy indie guys... he'd be perfect.

Triple H. You joke, but under certain circumstances (ie Vince hands off company to anyone else other than he/Steph) I could absolutely see Cody and Triple H come to a professional agreement to bring him in as an absolute solid backstage figure. The two of them have respect for one another, that much is clear with how they take shots at eachother. Triple H's 'pissant' jab at AEW at the Hall of Fame was absolutely in jest; it's actually well known that he also went out of his way to call and congratulate Cody after All In (and I almost guarantee he was watching Double or Nothing as well). It most certainly wouldn't be an on-screen character or even any kind of wrestling capacity, but again I think he could bring things to the table not unlike Gunn or Malenko. If it's as bad as it sounds at WWE, the fact that Hunter himself can't get his creative authority to pass by the one-man booking crew would drive ANYONE nuts.

Roman would finally get a proper heel turn, further fueled by the audacity that he of all people would dare show up in the cool promotion.

After TIJ this week I’m pretty sure EC3 has a spot there when his contract is up.
I personally think they’d sign Jinder to help with their diversity, and the roster is full of people I think could pull a decent match out of him.

Excellent wrestler, would get over in a big way, someone who is like a poster child for the failures of the WWE creative process, I cannot picture why they wouldn't hire him.
