I knew the first answer would be Lars, and he'd be #1 on my "do not sign" list as well.
I'd add in Corbin too. The guy's decent enough in a lower card role, but thanks to his forced push, the fans would never accept him.

AEW is pushing the message of inclusion pretty big, so Lars would absolutely kill whatever fanbase is gravitating to them over it.

The list of who they WOULD want is probably shorter. They've already said they aren't looking for ex-WWE guys. They want to feature a new roster. But there would be a small list of exceptions who would fit in with what they are trying to do. Guys who have a history with the Bucks like Kevin Owens, Sami Zayn, and Daniel Bryan would obviously be some of them.

Lars Reigns Jinder Mahal Mojo Rawley Baron Corbin Come on, as much as everyone rags on the guy, Reigns would be a HUGE get, especially with the history with Moxley. Would WCW ever deny Stone Cold? Would TNA have denied Cena?

Would TNA have denied Cena? AEW is not WCW or TNA. They have another philosophy and will only hire a few WWE guys at most. Reigns is not Stone Cold or Cena. He was booed out of every arena in North America until recently. Most of WWE couldnt get a job with AEW. They're pretty full. Just men alone who would not be signed, I would say: Akam Baron Corbin Bobby Lashley Bobby Roode Bray Wyatt Braun Strowman Brock Lesnar Dolph Ziggler Drew McIntyre EC3 Eric Young Fandango Gran Metalik Heath Slater Ivar Jason Jordan Jey Uso Jimmy Uso Konnor Mojo Rawley No Way Jose Rezar The Big Show The Miz Titus O’Neill Ali Andrade Apollo Crews Bo Dallas Buddy Murphy Curtis Axel Elias Epico Colon Erick Rowan Jeff Hardy Jinder Mahal Lars Sullivan Otis Randy Orton (even if hes close with Dustin) Primo Colon R-Truth Roman Reigns Sin Cara Sheamus Shelton Benjamin The Singh Brothers Akira Tozawa Ariya Daivari Drake Maverick Drew Gulak Humberto Carrillo Lince Dorado Kalisto Mike Kanellis Oney Lorcan The Sing Brothers And honestly, the 20 or so guys they would sign, they wouldnt sign more then 10 of them.

I think Brandi Rhodes would file for divorce if Lars Sullivan got signed by AEW.

I know AEW says they want to build their own brand. But considering Jericho might be their first champion. There was just a Rhodes vs. Rhodes match, the final image of their PPV was signing Dean Ambrose, and rumors of them wanting to sign CM Punk. AEW isnt going to be as homegrown as the hype leads you to believe. AEW will view former WWE talent being signed on a case by case basis. Out of those you listed I can see AEW giving a look to the following. Solid hand journey men: Bobby Lashley Bobby Roode Drew McIntyre Eric Young Shelton Benjamin Former World Champions: Bray Wyatt Braun Strowman Brock Lesnar Dolph Ziggler The Big Show The Miz Jeff Hardy Randy Orton Sheamus Roman Reigns Talent that be serviceable with a new gimmick: EC3 Fandango Heath Slater Bo Dallas Mike Kanellis Apollo Crews Guys that seem like a great fit for AEW: The Usos Ali Andrade Random 205 guys: Buddy Murphy Akira Tozawa Ariya Daivari Drake Maverick Drew Gulak Sin Cara The Singh Brothers

There isn't a single person on the WWE roster - Sullivan excluded - that AEW wouldn't at least consider, except perhaps those with personal issues with any of the people in charge at AEW. It's all going to be pretty much about the timing of things on AEW's needs. Workers jumping ship from WWE to AEW - and vice versa, so prepare yourselves for those, kiddies - will become more common if things are successful. They'd take Roman in a heartbeat if his contract came up. If Cody&Co think Jinder Mahal has something in him that he hasn't been able to show before, they'd give him a look. If he does, and there's an appropriate spot open, it could happen.

When you think about it, anybody who really was at one point the internet darling would be the list. Rollins Joe Zayn Bryan AJ Owens Balor Undisputed Era Female side: Asuka Becky Baylay Sasha Charlette Really the core work horses of the woman's revolution.

It’s straight up bananas that AEW has had one PPV, no TV, and not even a full roster yet, and some of you guys are still confident that you know them well enough to compile a complete list of people they wouldn’t even consider signing.
Like... how? How is this a thing we’re doing? I get it if you say “well that wouldn’t want that shithead Lars Sullivan”, but how in the world can you be so confident to say they wouldn’t want a Sheamus or a Randy Orton or a Drew Gulak or whoever?
Let the company exist.

Look what they’ve already done with Dustin (yes I know he’s Cody’s brother but the guy had a match of the year contender out of nowhere). Bringing in a guy like Tye Dillinger as well wouldn’t seem like a huge get but who knows what he can do in a new setting.

Reigns aint near to Steve Austin status. He is basically the poster boy for whats wrong with WWE.

I’m sure if Joe was frustrated with his position and wanted to go to AEW then I’m sure cody would take him, being friends with Jericho and Moxley gets his foot even further in the door. I’m sure even fans would like the idea of Roman in AEW

RoH and TNA would have tripped over themselves to get him. Roman coming in as the BIG DAWG! that's too good to be in AEW is instant heel heat.
