For me it's NXT, NXT UK and their massive tape library.
But somebody has to be watching and enjoying Smackdown, Raw etc. Who is it? I am not trying to start an anti WWE thread, I genuinely want to know who enjoys WWEs weekly programming and why?

It's one of two options I've got for wrestling I don't have to go out of the way for and it's still less boring than ROH.
Granted I don't usually watch full shows anymore.

I watch everything but NXT UK, though I watch their Takeovers.
Do I enjoy ALL of Raw and Smackdown? No, not usually. But as I said in another recent thread we had similar to this one, my father got me into wrestling when I was 12 and he and I bonded over WWE. He passed away 11 years ago but I will prolly always watch because it reminds me of him. There's usually something I enjoy, or wrestlers I really like. But yeah, NXT and usually 205 Live are my favorite shows in a week.

SD has the stink of the wildcard rule on it right now, but it's actually fine most weeks. SD, NXT, NXT UK, and 205 Live are all worth watching IMO and there are a lot of people in the company that I enjoy watching, even with crap booking.

Monday nights I'm usually tired from going back to work, so usually I'm down to crack open a beer and watch Raw and maybe mess around on the live thread.
Smackdown usually doesn't interest me, I just go back and watch YouTube highlights if, say, Daniel Bryan cuts a badass promo or whatever.
After years and years of hoping for another time where WWE has me hooked like it did when I was a kid, or during the mid 2009 Punk-Hardy feud, 2011 Summer of Punk, or 2014 when Yes movement was in full effect and the Shield turned face and later split up.. I've basically gave up on that and now consider myself a very casual WWE fan. I tune in for Raw every now and then and watch the big PPV's.
It's pretty fun not taking it too seriously. I've accepted that they will probably never have the quality of the Attitude era, or even the mid 2000s again, so I just sit back, watch the guys and gals I enjoy and laugh at the stupid stuff. And when something boring is on I either turn it off or play on my phone.

Because AEW's show hasn't started yet.
(kidding, there's some stuff I still like)

Honestly, I watch to support my guys and girls. A lot of it stems from watching a lot of the talent at PWG a decade ago. Seeing guys like Bryan, Cesar, Sami, and the whole crew back then in the ring and afterwards hanging out with fans was such a cool vibe, and I came to really admire how hard they work. They got me back into wrestling after I lost the faith (Ruthless Agression era).
Through that experience I started to learn about performers like Asuka, Balor, and Andrade. So even though people chastise Triple H for trying to buy the indies, I've been absolutely loving it. Because I get to see a lot of my favorites guy and girl performers get the deserved exposure though their NXT run.
To bringing it back to the question at hand though. It's hard to watch RAW all the way through a lot of times, Smackdown less so, and it's all because of the booking. In more competent hands, the main roster would have such an amazing weekly show that AEW would not be seen as a threat. But since the talent is booked so frustratingly (or not booked at all) to the point where a lot of them want to be released, it's making it easier to see WWE faltering in the battle for wrestling fan's time. The weeklies are just so hard to sit through. So I try to support in other ways like watching the YouTube clips and watching the big shows on the Network.
This should be a third golden age for WWE, but instead it is becoming a joke and waste of ultra talented performer's careers. But I am nonetheless determined to support the performers, even if at the end of the day, WWE categorizes it as me supporting their regime.

I like wrestling, but don't like going through the ringer to watch it. I always know when and where to find Raw, and I like the colors. I don't watch SD though, because I hate the lighting.
