13-2 should be in A. 13 is a D
I think as a finished product i'd put XV in A as well. Maybe leaning more B+

II had some bitchin' music... and the most obnoxious character progression I've seen.
After I tried playing it the first time I thought that it was perhaps an unfinished/shitcanned game that was leaked.
