I kinda dig Wrestle Kingdom and Dominion. Makes it sound like a royal event, like you should be honored to participate.
I also like Double or Nothing because it makes sound like the stakes are high.

My favorite PPV title isn't even a real one. Hogan vs Flair, the youtube webseries, has a lot of amusing titles, but they came up with legitimately the coolest damn show name ever. "Bride of Frankensteiner". Come one, that'd have been the coolest In Your House in an alternate world where Steiners stay in WWF for the late 90s.

'Lockdown' and 'Bound for Glory' were always PPV names that I really liked for TNA. 'Victory Road' too.
'November to Remember' and 'Living Dangerously' I liked in ECW, particularly the latter cause it played off of Heyman's time in WCW.

One I haven't seen posted yet is Spring Stampede, I like that one. Then again, that may have more to do with me digging the western theme, which I'd like to see WWE use for a PPV.

I did really enjoy the In Your House subtitles, especially when they were in relation to the main event, or the theme or whatever.
Good Friends, Better Enemies Beware of the Dog International Incident Mind Games Buried Alive Its Time (That was a bit crap) Final Four Revenge of the Taker Cold day in Hell Canadian Stampede Ground Zero Bad Blood D-Generation X No Way Out - of Texas Unforgiven Over the Edge Fully Loaded Breakdown Judgement Day Rock Bottom St Valentines Day Massacre Backlash
I think from there they started repeating themselves as Over The Edge was used for a 2nd time, followed by Fully Loaded and Unforgiven.

Halloween Havoc by a mile I've never understood why the closest Raw or Smackdown to Halloween has never been called Halloween Havoc.

Halloween Havoc by a mile I've never understood why the closest Raw or Smackdown to Halloween has never been called Halloween Havoc. I’ve said many times-as an NXT special. WWE NXT Presents Halloween Havoc.

Too soon to be making Prohibition era/Al Capone jokes? They could have called it "Heartbreak Hotel" or "Heartbreak Ridge." lol. I liked the regular names when it was: Jan. Royal Rumble Feb. No Way Out Mar. Wrestlemania Apr. Backlash May. Over the Edge Jun. King of the Ring Jul. Fully Loaded Aug. SummerSlam Sep. Unforgiven Oct. No Mercy Nov. Survivor Series Dec. Armageddon Now we have really corny or obvious names, like Great Balls of Fire, Elimination Chamber, Hell in a Cell, etc. Seriously, what does an old ass Jerry Lee Lewis song have to do with anything? Why couldn't Elimination Chamber stay No Way Out? It makes sense, you're locked in a pod and then the chamber. There's "no way out." But Halloween Havoc and Souled Out are cool. Remember when WWECW had the "Monster Mash" with Kane, Big Daddy V, Mark Henry, and Khali, I think it was.

Cool name, but used for another corny gimmick ppv. Again, goes to show how bad things have gotten. PPVs were can't miss. You knew something crazy was going to happen. You didn't need every match to have a special stipulation. A cell match meant shit was about to get real. Shit was about to go down. Now, we get a cell match just because it's time for it's ppv in the fall. Chamber matches were random and at different shows. Now it's chamber time, right on schedule every February. And these chamber and cell matches are just lame. I'm not one calling for blood every show or every match, but what is wrong with a little color in what is supposed to be the "Satan's Structure" or "The Devil's Playground?" Twice a year isn't going to hurt anybody. But the WWE is convinced the fans are stupid, and that we need these literal ppv names. Or that they need gimmick ppvs to get people to watch, because they sure as shit ain't keeping anybody's interest with their storylines.
