People shit on the Knicks days ago when it was revealed they did not throw in their chips on a KD that will be coming off an acihles injury. Any smart team would be doing the same thing the Lakers would be doing if they had the chance to put together AD , LEBRON AND KAWHI...that is 3 of 5 of the best players in the world you have the chance to put together on your team you go all the f*** in. So to hell with all the noise...Lakers gonna get all the hate either way either the gamble pays off and people complain about OH GREAT ANOTHA SUPER TEAM...or the gamble does not work and people then wanna crap on the Lakers for going all in when again any smart team would have done the same thing given the chance. sports are f***ing weird I tells ya lol Their was logic in what the Knicks did, the problem is they haven’t earned the right to classify anything as a good move until positive gains start happening |

Memphis is going to waive Dwight Howard. No Surprise there His career went south fast along with a changing NBA for big men. He will go to the HOF but it feels like he left something on the table despite having the crazy numbers he does |

He’s already getting stuffed at the rim when he drives contested. I pondered to myself how his size/game would adapt to the NBA now that he’s not playing against college kids anymore. Definitely not saying he won’t translate, because he probably will, but it seemed to me just slightly less of a slam dunk than everyone thinks he is. |

He is going to have his ups and downs The fact that he is willing to take the 3 will play a lot bigger for him since that allows him to drive to the basket BUT he's not the biggest dude on the court anywhere. The best thing he has going for him is coming into the league, he's already a strong dude and at his height he is also one of the fastest. He needs to at least be able to hit the jumpshot from midrange at a decent clip because they will give him that shot He will be fine but I could see him struggling a bit to start like Trey Young did but once he gets adjusted he will be fine. This Pelicans team has a good little mob so all the pressure won't be on Zion and they have said the right thing as far as this is Jrue Holiday team |

Zion isn't overweight, but he could be even more explosive if he lost weight. It's not like his conditinion was bad at Duke, he was constantly running the floor and going up for blocks.
I think the length is his only problem, his lack and everyone else's having it in spades. His shot isn't bad, only problem is his release is a little slow. Lonzo's was way worse, and he will probably be fine. It's not like he's MKG. Draymond is only 6'7, albeit with a longer wingspan but significantly less explosive, and can't finish at the rim like Zion. And he does fine operating in there with the trees. I don't think Zion will ever average 25 or more in the league, but he can be a 21/9/4 player with eventually. He'll be like Josh Smith (before he got bad LOL), really fun to watch but never one of the best players in the league IMO.
