My guess is that quake was an aftershock from yesterday's. Yea, they are supposed to have them for up to a few days to a few weeks I dont know of any aftershocks that are worse than the first one.

After days of Lakers vs. Raptors, Kawhi has signed with the Clippers.
The key was Kawhi wanted to be closer to home and have a second star to play with. He gave LAC more time, and they just traded for Paul George.
Honestly, I think it's the best of both worlds for him. The Clippers will be fun to watch next year.

Like I always said, Kawhi can do whatever he wants, but I will always grateful he gave us the ring. I will laugh at the Lakers still and call them the Lake Circus over this.

Don't blame OKC for making that trade if it seems Clippers have essentially sold their future BUT they now take a step back and the chatter will be when do they trade Westbrook because OKC has been in the tax soo long and the West being so tough, if they trade all their resources, they could acquire a lot of assets

The good news for the Lakers is that this came down before noon tomorrow, so they still have cap space to fill-out their roster. So welcome Marcus Morris and Jerryd Bayless to the purple and gold.
Haha. Just kidding. F*** the Lakers. They get nobody.

Yea, I can't see one person in Toronto being mad at this at all considering Kawhi got them the ring and their worst case scenario of Kawhi going to the Lakers didn't happen Majai will now have a job on his hands to rebuild this team around Siakim

Haha. Just kidding. F*** the Lakers. They get nobody. Lakers got to pick up the pieces fast The best free agent on the market at this point is Cousins in you're counting on upside. Otherwise you got a ton of role players on the market like Marcus Morris Also they can't bank on Iggy and Korver coming. Sixers are the favorites for Korver and Memphis is trading Iggy elsewhere My bold prediction is Lakers might make a move for CP3 as I had been predicting in the last thread

The trade for Paul George is going to screw over the Clippers in the long-term, but I can't blame them for going all in. Kawhi and PG13 could be just what they need to get over the bump from early elimination playoff team to championship contender.
Now I will just sit back and enjoy the entitled Lakers fans gnashing their teeth in anger.

Sounds like the Lakers are now favorites to get Danny Green. I like Green, but he vanished in the finals and is apparently looking for both money & years on his contract. Not sure he's worth it at this point.
Also interesting:
Is Westbrook also on the way out?

Clippers just saw Kawhi take a team that was good but not great to the finals and win PG13 is better than anybody on Toronto and assuming they didn't give up too much significant players, the Clippers will have a better team. PG13 is coming off a career season where he was a MVP candidate before the shoulder injury The perimeter is going to be locked down with those two on the same team

Teams will now be lining up to see if Westbrook is available which he should be. OKC might as well go full in rebuild

I think Lakers will be better than the shit show some are predicting but yeah, that depth will not cut it in a tough west.

Clippers are trading Gallinari, Gilgeous Alexander, and a "massive" haul of draft picks. 4 is unprotected, and another is protected and they have the ability to swap picks on 2

I think Lakers will be better than the shit show some are predicting but yeah, that depth will not cut it in a tough west. With LeBron and AD they are far from a shit show However, they missed out on a ton of depth and now essentially outside of maybe Green or Morris, everyone will be on 1 year deals and they try to get depth next year As constituted, they really don't have the ability to sit LBJ or Davis for rest and not suffer a massive drop. Also add on, unless they add a Center that means Kuzma jumps into the starting line up
