Yeah I say punt the rest of the regular season and whenever ball can start up again, just use the current standings as the playoff seeding. Maybe make the first round 5 games since the first round of the NBA playoffs is both unwatchable and usually non competitive. Then go to 7 game series’ from there.
Of course that’s assuming things can start up again by late April, which might be aggressive.

How long do you think this will last, a week, two weeks. This is ridiculous, it has come to this.
If they cancel the rest of the season, the Lakers get screwed out of a title, maybe there is bright side to all this. I hate the Lakers, I can't stand LeBron.

He's the second Jazz player to test positive. Woj is reporting that Jazz players were saying that Gobert was touching teammates and their belongings.

Yeah seriously the regular season in the NBA is meaningless now. Ratings are down because fans only care about the playoffs. Just wait this out for a month or so and start the playoffs with the current seedings. Extending the regular season another month or two to get all the games in and then ending the finals in August would be exhausting. I hope they don’t go that route. Cross fingers if things can resume in late April/early May, then just start the playoffs then. Everyone will be well rested and the quality of play might even be better.

Yea, all these test and keeping people in one situation is crazy OKC players basically have to quarantine themselves for 24-48 hours and record if they are sick since they didn't have a fever at the arena and even though the Utah players came back negative, they still have to be cautious as well |
