Nuggets playing 4DChess all along, everyone knows the key to beating a Doc Rivers team is go down 3 games to 1

Before that garbage time 3, Lou/Kawhi/PG/Morris combined to go 14/58 from the floor tonight (24% FG percentage) tonight. Really inexcusable basketball from a team that should be better. Jokic and Murray meanwhile were absolutely phenomenal. There's no shame in losing a Game 7 to a tough team and the Nuggets are a team that doesn't just go away. But to not even show up. To just lay an egg like that in a Game 3 after you were up 3-1. For your big players to go 14/58 from the floor. To have spent the whole season acting like they were the champions just waiting for the crown. This is probably the biggest choke job in NBA playoff history. It's not like the Clippers were just some middle of the road team. A TON of respected analysts picked them to win the title and to go out in the second round? Be one thing to go out in the Finals or Conf. Finals, but in the second round? All time choke job. It is one of the bigger choke jobs on a big stage I've seen in the NBA in my lifetime. But there have been teams that have been blown out as a favorite, like the Bucks in the East who were also favorites to go to or win the Finals. It's different being in one huge high stakes game, I don't think it's the worst. Much like Milwaukee, nothing they did worked tonight.

Also.....let's be honest, the Raptors showed up to a Game 7 while the Clip did not.
Question: Can The Raps take 5th place for this season?

Just saw a stat that Doc Rivers has now lost 8 Game 7βs as a head coach. No other coach in history has more than 5.

Dude, imagine being a lifelong Clippers fan and putting up with all the trash teams they put out on the floor and all the Lob City disappointments only to get to this point with your best team ever and a match-up with the Lakers of all teams waiting in the wings. And this game happens. And all other fans are dunking on you because your team is in the "haves" of the NBA haves/have nots. That's gotta suck.

f***ing hell.
That game and whole series was rigged, it's obvious. The Nuggets were out there running around and using illegal tactics like scoring baskets.

Wasnβt that against Charlotte? 2003 vs. Detroit according to basketballreference. I heard it on the radio before the game, but didn't know who.

I actually feel bad for legit Clipper fans. They've been waiting all their lives for a chance to move on, and the team just craps out. Now they have to put up with all the memes and shit thanks to all those bandwagon fans.

Now they have to put up with all the memes and shit thanks to all those bandwagon fans. I don't care. Talk shit on the Clippers blowing a 3-1 lead. I'd do the same thing if the Clippers came back from a 3-1 deficit. It sucks, but in the end it's a game, there are more important things to get mad about. After decades of constant shit, I'm still proud of the Clippers.

Doc Rivers is GONE. How the hell do you keep choking series like that and keep a job, man? Marvin Lewis stayed in Cincinnati for over a decade going 0-7 in the playoffs. Things sometimes donβt make sense. Doc does at least have a title, but that feels like ages ago now.
