Anybody been reading this? It is an okay read but I still miss Afterlife with Archie and sad that will most likely never be finished I hate how Archie has let delays kill some great series. Afterlife has had it's second trade delayed for what 4 years now? Chilling Adventures of Sabrina has been forgotten cause of the TV show and hasn't had a new issue in 2 or 3 years. And the Black Hood one of the best superhero comics of hte past 20 years died along with the rest of the Dark Circle line cause of delays. Just 4 years ago I was buying lots of "monthly" comics from Archie. More than I had bought since I was about 5 and reading Pep,Archie's Funhouse and Lil Archie every month. Then the delays set in and I said screw it and just wait for the trades. I got the firs 3 or 4 issues of Jughead the Hunger but never read them. I figured they would let it die after a year and I gave up on it. Is Vamperonica still coming out?

They had a great thing going with Afterlife with Archie and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina but they just let the delays basically kill them off as you said. Afterlife hasn't been updated in 3 years next month and Sabrina hasn't been updated in almost 2 but I think that is considered completed with no more issues Vampironica only had 6 issues I believe, that's done Jughead was okay but didn't really have the same feeling I got from Afterlife and Sabrina were on top of the horror their was some really good moments. I stopped reading it after the 4th issue but basically all it is, is Judhead is a werewolf and Betty is a secret hunter tasked to kill him if he ever became one. Don't know what else they did after that when Jughead went on the run

Don't know what else they did after that when Jughead went on the run CHilling Adventures is far from complete. It ended 1 issue into a new storyline. I don't get it. Archie was for the first time in hell 30 years getting a nice buzz and sales in the direct market. And they killed it themselves. I am a huge Archie fan and for 2 years now have just been buying a Digest every other month or so.

Yea, I know it is not technically finished but it seems that it has been deemed finished thanks to being on hiatus for a few years I dont get why they stopped Afterlife. Maybe they got bored with it or had no real direction (which seems kind of weird thanks to them having Josie and the Pussycats being the last chapter) but I think for all intents and purposes that it is done and they are just moving on with the Jughead stuff but even then can't say how long that last and that is less popular than Afterlife
