The SHIELD agents being in the different timeline would give Marvel an excuse to recast Daisy, which would undoubtedly anger some people. I've already heard rumors they are recasting Mockingbird, which is disappointing to me because I really enjoyed Adrienne Palicki (loved her as Tyra on Friday Night Lights as well). I haven’t heard much other than Palicki wants to return as Bobbi and personally I think they’d be complete tools to recast the character. Bobbi and Lance are still in the MCU main timeline after AoS ended so they’ve got no reason to recast other than to be asshats telling the TV fans once and for all we don’t mean crap. Edit: Found the rumor and I don’t buy it. The reasoning is Feige plans to ignore anything that he didn’t personally oversee which would make him a giant asshole if true. Recasting is one thing...we’ve seen it already in the MCU. Recasting and ignoring what’s come before is a douche move. That and the rumored Hawkeye villain was already a villain in the main MCU show that Feige had a hand in...Agent Carter...so who knows what to believe. |

Rumors a few pages ago was they wanted to keep Daredevil and Jessica Jones but possibly replace Luke Cage and Danny I just can't see them trying to wipe shit clean to act like it didn't happen. Take the TV shows and Netflix characters and just weave them in the MCU storyline as a whole Besides that, you have Wandavision and Doctor Strange as your resources to do things the way you want |

I think going unknown, while risky, isn't a bad idea. I'm basing this on the video game as I never read the comic, but isn't Kamala a regular person that gains powers through a horrible event? I feel like this is a good idea and it she will, hopefully, grow into the role.
