Now that they have opened the door to multiversal storytelling who knows how much more insane this is about to get.
I still believe that the next big eventual EndGame level event is going to be Secret War even though it is so far off to even look at ahead to the end of the decade when that would be likely when they do something EndGame'esc again.

And the worst kept secret in entertainment recently, Hailee Steinfeld will star in the Hawkeye Disney+ series as Kate Bishop. What really? I mean they only had... pictures of her on set in costume with Renner and a golden retriever... but are we SURE she's playing Hawkeye >_> |

I’m pretty happy about how we’re gonna have new shows every week for most of 2021. Like the way they’re laid out it should be the week after Wanda vision is winter soldier then Loki etc. good planning and a good way to keep subscribers. That’s smart

My biggest fear with the MCU going forward is that at some point when Marvel starts ruining out of IPs they can make feature films with, they'll suddenly realize that The Punisher and Heroes for Hire make good film material and decide the best way to go about those is reboot the characters. I'm particularly concerned about Berenthal's Punisher getting replaced and erased. The Netflix Marvel series have no direct connection to the wider MCU and could easily be sacrificed this way.
I know the rumors are that Finn Jones is going to be replaced with an east Asian actor, which I'm more than OK with because Jones is a mediocre actor and it makes sense to make the character east Asian, but I hope that doesn't mean the character gets entirely rebooted. I know some people might be annoyed with an unexplained race lift, but I'm personally ok with that. I'd be ok with a corny, handwavy explanation being thrown out too. I'd just rather it not be a reboot, and I'd like Jessica Henwick's Colleen Wing to have a chance of showing back up in particular, Ward and Joy too though its hard to think of a context they'd show up in that isn't a continuation of Iron Fist itself. I mean, I have the least connection to Iron Fist of the Netflix Marvel stuff, so I'd be least upset at an reboot if its isolated to just that character (despite the characters being interlinked making that kinda weird). I'd also not be overly upset with "white Danny Rand still exists/existed, this is a different but similar character".
I don't mention Daredevil because of the rumors that's being continued, but the fears do apply to that too until that's confirmed. While I haven't watched the Freeform serieses yet, Runaways and (to a lesser extent) Cloak and Dagger have this fear for me too. I hope against hope that Lyrica Okano's Nico Minoru makes an appearance in Multiverse if Madness somehow. Or, here's a distant dream, A-Force movie anyone? (with no reboot for Nico or... tbh I don't actually care if they reboot Medusa lol).

Former Punisher Thomas Jane has been pushing to direct Bernthal in a Punisher movie as well. |
