For Disney to be that stubborn, ScarJo must really have an iron-clad clause in her contract that specifies she either gets a share of the theater release profits, or she gets paid a lump sum of XX millions of dollars in case of a streaming release. could be a thing like New Mutants allegedly having a "must be released in theaters" clause somewhere in it. |

If what is supposed to happen with the vaccine does, cinemas in America at least could be open by the summer at the earliest and if Disney place it at exactly the right time, they’re going to make a killing from the people who REALLY want to go to the cinema again. It’s a gamble that needs many parts out of their control to work but the benefits would be huge. |

I'm not really sure who they could tap for Captain Marvel villains outside of any of the cosmic ones...
it's kinda one issue Carol has is she doesn't really have any real defining villains of her own...
I guess they could do Genis or Phyla-vell.

I'm not really sure who they could tap for Captain Marvel villains outside of any of the cosmic ones... it's kinda one issue Carol has is she doesn't really have any real defining villains of her own... I guess they could do Genis or Phyla-vell. The closest I can think of to Carol having an Earth-based arch-nemesis is Moonstone. |

But I also do not favor a delay. I think... Disney has to blink and go with a hybrid release now and hope things will be better for Shang Chi in June. We should be fine for Eternals and Spider-Man 3 at least.

Like, we know there's a movie happening anyway but that might be some kind of origin movie or even a way to explain why they haven't been around in the MCU much (sort of a pre-Iron Man origin or something along those lines) so in that case, them appearing in Dr. Strange 2 could be their way of coming back with how it's been pitched. |

I read the F4 rumour for Doctor Strange 2...it's tempting to believe it given the film's premise, but I think I'll stick to my belief that we'll be seeing {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Hydra Cap in the film than {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Evans playing both Hydra Cap and Johhny Storm from Fantastic Four 2005, complete with Jessica Alba cameo. It would be a bit silly to introduce a fraction of one version of the FF ahead of introducing the regular MCU take. |
