- The Rock n' Roll Express out to talk about challenging for the ROH World Tag Team Championship in Nashville, but are interrupted by the Briscoes. the Briscoes tell RnR to sleep in tomorrow and skip the match, because it's not 1995 anymore, it's 2019 and the Briscoes run tag team wrestling. security out and gets between them to prevent them from brawling.
- Kelly Klein out for commentary

Silas said he wanted to see what Woods has learned, and Woods hit a low blow on Okumura and attacked Felino.
4. Chase Owens beat LSG and PJ Black in a Three-Way match to earn a shot at the ROH World Television Championship. Owens pinned LSG after a Package Piledriver.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}- Ian Riccaboni announces PCO is not medically (or psychologically) cleared to compete, and as a result the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championship match between Villain Enterprises and LifeBlood has been cancelled. instead Bandido & Mark Haskins vs. Marty Scurll & Brody King will take place, with the winners challenging for the ROH World Tag Team Championship at "Death Before Dishonor XVII"
1. The Bouncers (Beer City Bruiser & Brian Milonas) beat Coast 2 Coast (LSG & Shaheem Ali) and Felino & Okumura in a Three-Way Tag Team match. Milonas pinned Ali. post match C2C headed to the back while The Bouncers shared the Toast of Honor with Felino & Okumura
- PCO came out and began tearing up ringside. PCO got in the ring and asked for a mic, but security came out to escort him to the back. PCO laid out security, hitting a dive on one of them through a table. Flip Gordon ran out to stop PCO, but in his confusion PCO shoved him to the ground. Gordon recovered and got PCO to head to the back
- Dalton Castle came out for his match against Eli Isom. Castle said there was something he needed to get off his chest, as it's been bugging him and effecting his sleep (he only got 8 hours instead of his usual 16). Castle called out Joe Hendry and said he made a mistake calling him out last night, so he wants him to take a seat at ringside and watch him kick the crap out of Isom. Hendry said the real reason Castle called him out is because he can't entertain the fans on his own, so why doesn't Castle take a seat and watch him kick the crap out of Isom. Isom shoves Castle and Hendry and says they are two grown men arguing, so since they can't figure out what to do, why not have Cheeseburger get in the ring and 3S kick the crap out of both of them in a tag match.
2. Dalton Castle & Joe Hendry beat Shinobi Shadow Squad (Cheeseburger & Eli Isom). a lot of bickering and arguing between Castle and Hendry, which at one point allowed a severely beaten Cheeseburger to crawl across the ring, passing between them, to tag in Isom. Hendry pinned Isom to get the win for his team, which Castle did not look happy about.
- Kelly Klein out for commentary
3. Angelina Love (w/Mandy Leon) beat Damaris Dawkins, Jenny Rose and Sumie Sakai in a Four Corner Survival match. before the match, Angelina said even if ROH won't admit it, she is the rightful number one contender for the ROH Women of Honor World Championship, and as such shouldn't have to be in the match. The Allure tried to leave, but Rose and Dawkins attacked them and threw them back into the ring. finish saw Sakai set up Smash Mouse on Dawkins, but Love tried to bring a chair in the ring, distracting the ref and allowing Leon to jump on the ring apron. Sakai went to confront Leon, but got sprayed in the eyes with hairspray and had to bail out of the ring, allowing Love to hit a Botox Injection on Dawkins for the win. post match lights went out and Maria Manic hit the ring. Love shoved Dawkins towards Manic to be killed while she bailed. Kelly Klein went down to the ring and confronted Manic, but Love sneaked in behind her and hit her with the WOH Championship.
4. PJ Black beat Silas Young (w/Josh Woods). multiple times in the match Silas set up Woods to interfere, but Woods was always balked (e.g. feigned being distracted by tying his shoes). Black caught Silas in a pin when he was busy yelling at Woods. post match Silas chewed out Woods for screwing up the game plan
- The Bouncers out for commentary
5. RUSH beat Vincent Marseglia. RUSH pinned Marseglia after the Bull's Horns, which busted up Marseglia's nose.
6. Shane Taylor (c) beat Chase Owens to retain the ROH World Television Championship. Taylor pinned Owens after Welcome to the Land
7. Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) (c) beat The Rock N' Roll Express (Ricky Morton & Robert Gibson) to retain the ROH World Tag Team Championship. Mark pinned Morton after a Froggy Bow.
8. LifeBlood (Bandido & Mark Haskins) beat Villain Enterprises (Marty Scurll & Brody King) to earn a shot at the ROH World Tag Team Championship. Haskins made Scurll tap out to the sharpshooter
9. Jeff Cobb beat Matt Taven, Jay Lethal and Kenny King (w/Amy Rose) in a Defy or Deny match to earn a shot at the ROH World Championship
- Taven was eliminated via disqualification after accidentally hitting Cobb with the ROH World Championship belt (he was aiming for King)
- Lethal was eliminated by King after King hit him with the belt while the referee was distracted trying to eject Taven from the ring
- King was eliminated by Cobb after a Tour of the Islands
