Literally every single time I order something from Amazon, they fail to find my house and I have to go pick the thing up personally. I've given them directions time and time and time again and yet every single time I have to deal with these morons, complications always arise in the aftermath of it. In this particular case even though I live on a rural road in a small town, in a house, they somehow are convinced I forgot to give them an apartment number.
For bonus points on the completely f***ing useless sundae, the local office for it is only up from 5 PM to 6:30 PM.

I usually don't have problems, though I do find USPS tends to be more reliable for my purposes.

Have you tried suing them?

I've recounted issues I and my family have had with shoddy UPS service and bastard seasonal drivers here before. If they screw me over next month, I'll be pissed.
I'd suggest contacting their customer service on social media. They were very helpful when I contacted them about my packages back in December.

I hate how they arrive late whenever I order anything from them and when I mean late I mean past 5PM. I wish they showed up far earlier.

The last time I dealt with UPS they showed up at nearly 8:00 at night and my package was broken. I prefer not to deal with them. Most places have a variety of shipping options. I recommend choosing one that isn’t UPS. If Amazon doesn’t have that option then I recommend shopping somewhere that does.

You should take this protest to the streets. Get a mannequin, Brown uniform and put a bucket over its head. Let the people hear your message.

The apocalypse will begin with riots over mail delivery.

It's odd I live in a rural area, where most GPS do not work, and never had issues with UPS not finding my home. The issue is stuff seems to sit at the local depot for 2 to 3 days.

I was ready to post a long soliloquy how I've never had an issue, then I remembered I live 3 houses from the village post office. Even so, I have more issues with USPS shopping than UPS.

My only problem with UPS is they like to just sit things down in front of the door and walk away. They never knock on the door at all. Luckily we've never had any issues with missing packages. We've had our fair share of waking out the door in the morning to find a package sitting there.
