Time for another one. Deadman Wonderland was a really good manga and it got an anime adaption but that only followed the first third of the season. Hopefully, one day it can get a reboot and be finished
But yeah, I would recommend reading the manga for the full story. The story in itself is pretty good and the way the whole thing starts with the MC being charged for murdering his whole class is a crazy way to start the story. A mysterious person murdered the class but he was blamed for it. Ganta is sentenced to death row and in there you are fitted with a collar that injects you with poison. You can only subside the poison by taking a candy every 3 days and you acquire that through task. He has to get credits to get the candy which can only be done by participating in crazy games they make them undertake. We follow him as he goes through all this and hopes to find a way to clear his name
All in all, it was a good read. It did go on hiatus for like a year when it was close to the end that sort of slowed the story down in real time when I read it but I def recommend giving it a read now

Just reached the last third today. It's been a pretty fun read. Anime was surprisingly faithful, though it did omit a certain character.

I just can't handle the whole "psyco murder fun time" vibes that stories like this and Danganronpa give it is not for me.

Ah i'm aware ,not saying it is senseless murder and violence.I just can't stomach those type of stories, makes me feel kinda sicks and anguished

One of my favourite aspects of this series is that it actually acknowledges that Ganta's power actually hurts him.
"Aw jeez, why do I feel so light-headed and weak after using my powers?"
"Because you're flinging giant globs of your own blood at people, idiot. You don't have a lot to spare."
"But YOU guys don't have that problem!"
"Well yeah, our blood makes blades and whips, so we never actually lose the blood we use."
"...well that sucks."
