Oh, wow...I don’t even know what to say about those gimmicks. Yeah, I didn't know about the Skin head but Glass was pretty big news a few years ago because David Starr (An actual Jewish Wrestler) was calling him out for it. I mean the dude looked like this. looking it up his YT hasn't been updated in two years so I guess he either stopped or no one would book him. blinkingguy.gif Man, there's so many layers of 'Nope' in there we could trace it all the way back to the Nope Triassic period.

They were purposely bad but the Incredibly Strange Wrestling promotion was full of them.

Here's a link to a tweet with some footage of him being awful. Not going to embed it because it could be triggering: twitter.com/NINaylor/status/1152003630225973250

The hell was shockmasters gimmick even supposed to be? Take out the fall, it's still a guy in a vest a purple sparkly stormtrooper helmet (which he certainly couldn't wrestle in) with obvious dubbed in voice. People never remember what he did after the debut where he dressed up as a construction worker and his gimmick was that he won decisively. I mean, the 1993 Fall Brawl had the most anticlimactic Match Beyond in War Games history where the Shockmaster won just a minute after entering.

I see Crazy Ivan being mentioned. He was a terrible. He’d really play up his hateful gimmick in the Tri-state area. Keep in mind we’re not that far removed from the wild crowds of ECW that use to chant horrible things. I’m glad gimmicks like that couldn’t get over now. I remember seeing him live and I couldn’t believe what I was seeing or hearing. It’s wild to think what was acceptable back then just for the sake of getting heat no matter how cheap or inappropriate it was. I actually went up to him after the show to ask him if anyone has ever tried to fight him over the things he’s said in any of his in ring rants. He said no and that the fans were all something that rhymes with wussies.

At least we could relate to Booger. He liked food!
Shockmaster was like someones dad dressing up for Halloween and everyones looking at him like "wtf are you?"
