... Chris Jericho, David Arquette, and Scott Steiner. If you feel generous you can extend that to Big Show (who hasn't actually had a match since November) and Jeff Jarrett (who's part of WWE's creative team and last match was in March).
I realize it was 20 years ago that the company went under but that's still just kind of wild to me. If only because Arquette's one of them.

To be honest I completely forgot he had wrestled since Mania 33. Despite it being like two weeks ago.

It still weirds me out that The Rock was a WCW champion. It was during the Invasion but still.
Also Booker T/Rock is one of the few dream rivalries that actually happened for me

Fun fact - Scott Steiner has the 9th most days as WCW Champion despite having one reign where he held it 120 days. That title really bounced around.

Does Sid wrestle these days? I couldn't find anything about him having wrestled since that Heath Slater match.

Jarrett really doesn't wrestle anywhere? He has a WWE office job now.

Are we just talking Heavyweight World Champions? Yeah, given if we opened it up to just general WCW title holders, I'm sure that'd open up the list considerably, even if a lot of them are retired, too, by now.

That’s like saying Ezekiel Jackson is an original ECW world champion. Arquette wasn’t really a wrestler. I do realize he’s taking bookings more recently after being out of the scene for nearly 20 years. Don’t know if that’s some sort of midlife crisis or what. The only one that really counts to me is Scott Steiner. It’s pretty wild that he’s the last active wrestler of the original WCW world title lineage when so many people thought he wouldn’t be around due to what must have been a very enhanced physique. Yet he’s still out there making shots at age 57 and even running a restaurant on the side.

Are we just talking Heavyweight World Champions? This can't be, because Chris Jericho never was WCW World Heavyweight Champion. He was one of the smaller WCW guys that truly benefitted from jumping ship to WWF. Okay, I just found out that he was "WCW" World Heavyweight Champion in 2001 after WCW folded, but that does not count as actual WCW to me.

Yeah, I don't really count anything after Booker T winning the title on the last night of Nitro. As far as other champions, Rey Mysterio Jr., Ultimo Dragon, Dustin Rhodes/Goldust and Jushin Liger are all still active. I am sure there are more as well.

It is the same lineage according to the people that own the lineage, so Jericho counts.

The bastardised versions of WCW and ECW don't count.

WWE considers the WCW Championship defended on its 2001 programming as the legit WCW Championship. It was cemented by Booker T, who was the last WCW Champion on WCW programming, continuing to defend the belt on WWF programming at the time until he lost it to Kurt Angle. Even if they were distinct championships, they share the same lineage that went into the crowning of the first Undisputed Champion, Chris Jericho.
