Just wondering if anyone else has seen this series yet, and what your thoughts on it are?
I currently have it in my viewing queue, just waiting until I have the time to devote to it properly.
For those who haven't heard about it, it's a six part series exploring stories from wrestling's past, and according to IMDB they have a second season coming up. The episodes from season one cover:
The killing of Bruiser Brody The Montreal Screwjob The last of the Von Erichs The match made in Heaven (Savage/Elizabeth) The mysterious death of Gorgeous Gino The Fabulous Moolah

The Screwjob and Macho/Liz one weren’t great, borderline shit at times, in my opinion. Brody, Gino and Von Erich’s were all really good, with Von Erich’s being the highlight for me. And I honestly don’t remember the Moolah one at all, I’ll have to watch it again.
Benoit and Dino Bravo are confirmed for a 10 episode second season. There’s rumours of a Brawl for All episode, not sure if that’s confirmed
EDIT: Brody, Gino and Von Erich’s are absolutely worth going out of your way to watch. The others could probably be saved for a rainy day with an empty queue

Yeah, it's an entertaining and sometimes insightful series.
In order from favourite to least favourite, I'd rank the episodes:
1. Bruiser Brody murder 2. Death of Gino Hernandez 3. Last of the Von Erichs 4. Savage and Liz 5. Fabulous Moolah 6. Montreal Screwjob
There was nothing particularly 'wrong' with the Screwjob episode, it's just been covered to death. Moolah episode was annoying because some of the people interviewed were all over the place. Savage and Liz was okay but nothing that interesting (in fact the more interesting part was when they talked about Liz and Luger's relationship).
The Von Erichs' story has been told before but it was still fascinating nonetheless. And both the Brody and Gino episodes I found very intriguing because they were before my time and details have always been sketchy, so it was great to hear from everyone who was there at the time all in one package.
