Overall, I've greatly enjoyed all three, largely due to the "proto-MCU" hook, "Death" is the only one of the three not to involve other Marvel characters and tightens the focus on David and the relationship with the creature...I can't really say it's the best because of the bummer ending, and it's a little annoying they could get McGee back for the first and not have him show up for the finale (I don't think the actor had passed just yet either)
I'll go with "Trial"...even if the actual trial was a dream sequence, it has a fairly good Kingpin (John Rhys Davies, who'd go on to voice Thor in the 1996 Hulk cartoon) and it ends with David, not the creature, helping Daredevil save the day without a hulk out

Trial for me. I liked having Daredevil in there. Felt like a big team up type of event.

Returns.
The chemistry between Hulk and Thor is ridiculous. There plenty of action and Hulk outs.

Trail just cos I hate the actor who plays Don Blake in Returns.

Having recently just re-watched the trilogy for the first time in decades, I can easily say "Returns". It was surprisingly awesome, and the guy who played Thor stole every scene he was in. He really lightened the mood and just made everything fun.
I wasn't huge on "Trial". It was just weird seeing a city that looked like Portland, Oregon being portrayed as a crime filled hellhole. And whereas Thor significantly lightened the traditional dramatic and angsty mood of the Hulk stories, Daredevil just reveled in it so it wasn't as much fun. The one positive though was John Rhys-Davies version of Kingpin, who I absolutely believe he based on Darkwing Duck's Tuskernini (yes, I know this pre-dates Darkwing Duck, I still believe this).
"Death" was just there. If it wasn't for the fact that Hulk died at the end it would've felt like just another episode. I am curious if at any point in pre-production if Jasmin supposed to be Black Widow? They hit a lot of the same beats character wise, and considering the other two movies were crossovers it would make sense.

Trial; though it was way more a Daredevil pilot than anything. Enjoyable though.

Better than the MCU.

Better than the MCU. When I saw this I could only describe it as "two drunken cosplayers spontaneously re-enacting their fight from Ragnarok in the middle of a Comic-Con".
