My sister is in really bad health. It doesn’t look good for her. Our brother has been out of our lives for 10 years. I feel like I should find a way to get a hold of him and let him at least know what’s happening. I mean let him know and he can at least make a decision if he wants to contact her for what could one last time. The last anyone has heard from him, he was in Hawaii it, that was 10 years ago. Checked Facebook for him and his kids and none of them had a profile. Any ideas.

Do you know of any former friends he had that might be able to get in touch with him? You could try doing a missing persons post on Facebook and ask people to share it. You can go the old fashioned way of placing classified ads in newspapers in areas you know he might be. If all else fails, private investigator?
All of that said, I obviously don't know your family and your situation, but I do have a sister who's not on speaking terms with our family. We recently had to make the decision whether or not to tell her our grandmother is in permanent care, and I have to say in all honesty that sometimes people lose the right (through their own actions) to be told about illness or death in the family. It's unfortunate, but it's reality.
Anyway, good luck, and all the best to your sister.

Google his name?
I really don’t know how hard this is because my city is small enough you either know the guy, his friends or family or a relative. No one can stay that hidden here. Guess only 65,000 people do that.

Hoping for a good result for you, and I'm sorry that your sister is dealing with poor health.

Sometimes people don't want to be found.
I mean, I'm not saying that's the case in this situation, but it's something to think about- he might not be receptive to communication even if your intentions are nothing but good.

As someone who spent 11 years avoiding my family, I can honestly say that I would have been pissed if one of them found me. If your brother cared, he would be in your lives.

He's trying to at least let him know, about their sister's poor health. What happens, if he does try to make contact with them, someday, and finds out that his sister has passed? That could cause more hurt.

I am not sure what your relationship with your family is like (or lack thereof, for that matter), but the fact that his sister is in poor health is a sign that it would be best to at least reach out to his brother to inform him of this situation. Sure, there may not be any mending fences or anything like that, but the key is that he wants to let him know about this, especially if the sister may be dying.

Maybe hire a private investigator? I don't know how, but those guys are usually pretty good about tracking down specific people.

Call the police? Not like an emergency call but like an informal question about the family's wellness?
How about a local newspaper?

LexisNexis. Journalists use it to look up people all the time. Only problem is you're more likely to find a phone number if the person has a landline. But it should at least fine an address.
