This feels like a good point storywise for it to be the final season. Interested to see how it all wraps up.

Easily my favorite show going today, sad to see it end, but am sure they’ll handle it great.
Although this feels like the season 3 trailer where suggested positivity actually ends up being tragic in the show.

Oh man. I just finished the first half of the season, and the dichotomy between the last two episodes was just heartbreaking.

As someone who lived in Chicago for 10 years, god the Chicago gags are f***ing great.

Not as much a gut punch as the normal seasons IMO. Kinda too uplifting, makes me wonder what they have in store for the 2nd half. Some great gags, some very nice moments, great development, and a couple returns I liked.

Last scene of the last episode.... yiiikes. Part 2 is making me very anxious. January is going to be rough.

Bojack is definitely gonna die... I don't know...Bojack dying almost feels easy and obvious but if he ends up dead I definitely don't think it will be at his own hand. He's certainly wronged enough people that one could decide to get revenge. Character Actress Margo Martindale is on her way, after all. Seems like a lot of hanging foreshadowing, between the bedsheets tied into a rope repeatedly and Joey Pogo hanging in the closet. You've got Mr. Peanutbutter becoming the face of depression. There are so many ways this could go, I can't wait to find out. Interestingly all of the stories about Bojack's misdeeds are being exaggerated (though they don't need to be at all considering how big of a piece of shit he has been). Sarah Lynn's mom goes on about how she was such an angel. The guy at the AA meeting says Bojack claimed to have sex with the girl or the mom. I think Pete exaggerates how Bojack "practically forced" them to drink. In the episode with Princess Carolyn struggling to balance motherhood and work I was seriously worried about Ruthie's safety; being that scatterbrained is how children end up left in hot cars (or microwaves in her case)

just finished the last episode and... GOD F***ING DAMMIT!!! why did they have to split up the season?! Based on an Aaron Paul tweet, Netflix more or less cancelled the show. I'm guessing they had started production on this season when they found out, and the split was the means to craft a real finale.
