Silas Young won a 15-Man Battle Royal to earn a shot at the ROH World Championship. participants were: Beer City Bruiser, Big Daddy Yum Yum, Brian Johnson, Brian Milonas, Bu Ku Doa, Cheeseburger, Jace Valor, Joe Hendry, Josh Woods, Kenny King, LSG, Matt Lancie, Rhett Titus and Shaheem Ali
- at the start of the match King sneaked out under the bottom rope and hid under the ring. after Titus was eliminated the fans dimed out King, and Titus dragged him out and threw him back into the ring, where he was immediately eliminated by Hendry
- finish saw Milonas, Woods and Young as the last three participants, when Young eliminating Milonas. Woods was excited and wanted a celebratory hug for their team work, but Silas threw him over the top rope when he went for it.
2. PCO beat Dalton Castle to advance to the finals of the Number One Contender tournament. PCO pinned Castle with a PCOsault
3. Marty Scurll beat Jay Lethal to advance to the finals of the Number One Contender tournament. Scurll made Lethal tap out to the Chicken Wing

4. Shane Taylor (c) beat J Spade to retain the ROH World Television Championship. Taylor pinned Spade after Welcome to the Land

Kelly Klein beat Angelina Love (w/Mandy Leon) (c) to WIN THE ROH WOMEN OF HONOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP!!! near the end of the match the referee was taken out when Klein picked up Love for K-Power, and Love's foot hit him in the face. Leon ran in and attacked Klein with a chair, but the lights went out and Maria Manic hit the ring. Manic took out Leon and Love before leaving. Klein then hit K-Power for the win.

6. Briscoe Brothers (Jay & Mark Briscoe) (c) beat Luke & Perry Hawx to retain the ROH World Tag Team Championship. finish saw the Briscoes give Perry a Doomsday Device followed by Jay hitting a J-Driller
7. Alex Shelley beat Jonathan Gresham. finish saw Shelley hit a superkick and go for Shellshock, but Gresham countered and attempted an Octopus Stretch, only for Shelley to counter and roll him up in a pin. post match a pissed of Gresham rolled out of the ring and grabbed a chair, but Jay Lethal ran out and talked him out of using it
8. LifeBlood (Mark Haskins & Tracy Williams) beat Villain Enterprises (Brody King & Flip Gordon). near the end of the match Brody held Williams Flip grabbed a kendo stick from under the ring, but Williams moved out of the way and Flip accidentally hit Brody in the head. Williams pinned Flip after a piledriver. post match Bully Ray ran out and attacked LifeBlood. Flip got in the ring behind Bully and looked like he was going to attack him with the kendo stick, but instead gave it to him and left. Bully then continued attacking Haskins.

9. RUSH (c) beat Silas Young to retain the ROH World Championship. RUSH pinned Silas after the Bull's Horns.
- Video of The Kingdom being found unconscious at "Death Before Dishonor: Fallout"
- The Kingdom out; Matt Taven says TK O'Ryan is at home with a possible concussion but just because they aren't 100%, that doesn't mean they're going to sit back and not do anything. Taven challenged whoever jumped The Kingdom to come out and face them. lights go out except for a bright spotlight on Taven. a secretly recorded video plays of The Kingdom arrive at the arena and Taven backstage and talking with Dalton Castle. The Kingdom storms off to the back
10. PCO beat Marty Scurll to earn a title shot for the ROH World Championship at "Final Battle 2019". before the match, Marty said he didn't want the match to come between them, and said they should stick to the rules and let the better man win...before cracking PCO over the head with his umbrella when the ref turned to call for the bell and going for a pin. after a ref bump, Brody King ran out and attacked PCO, hitting a Black Hole Slam, but Marty only got a two count. a short while later a second ref bump and Flip Gordon out and attacks PCO, but Marty again only got a two count. PCO pinned Marty after PCOsault. post match Marty said he's been in ROH for three years and he's never been ROH World Championship. Marty said this tournament was his chance to finally become ROH World Championship, but PCO just took that away from him, so to him he says...congratulations. Marty says he's only 31 while PCO is 51 and this could be his last chance to become a world champion, and no one deserves that chance more than him.
