Brock vs. Kane would've been a better match to do here. I can't believe they're already blowing their load with Brock vs. Cain. Surely that could be a bigger deal if it was built properly and promoted longer than here. I would've also saved Team Flair vs. Team Hogan until Survivor Series. Vince and Co. have to make the rich murderers happy before the rest of the fans. Hell, the Saudis might be the only ones happy with WWE these days.

I kind of half feel like they might pull the trigger on giving Cain the belt just because WWE's probably desperate to do much of anything that might get SmackDown's ratings up for a single week at this point.

At this point, I wouldn't even mind it, because it's not Brock Lesnar with unlimited vacation time.

Two matches announced... a #1 US Contender battle royal, the winner of which will fight AJ Styles for the US belt later in the night.

We need more multi-man matches.

I don’t know why they keep booking battle royals that require a litany of midcarders that the Saudi audience or royalty don’t give a shit about, when they could save the money, travel hours, and locker room morale keeping these people in the States.

It just means that I have to do Records for a 10-Man Tag, a 12-Man Tag Team Turmoil, & a 20-Man Battle Royal on a show that I can't watch live because most likely I have to work during it and won't be able to watch until the weekend.

Because when you’re spending someone else’s money on a show, the only “logical” answer is “F*** it, why not?!”

But instead, they really need to subject Curt Hawkins to 30 hours of plane travel so he can be tossed out third in a battle royal to absolute silence.

Okay, so is it a mandate of this stupid deal that they just aren't supposed to mention Halloween or what? It's bizarre how they keep pushing, "A week from Thursday!" as the date for this show instead of, like, the major holiday everyone knows the date of.

It's even worse this year, means that they are going to be away from their folks for this event instead of carving pumpkins, painting faces and giving out candy.

I assume they bring a lot of these guys in a poor attempt to improve morale, given they are looking at large paydays for it.

I guarantee it's so the lower card guys don't feel like they're getting out of something.

Lacey Evans vs Natalya has just been added to the card. This was confirmed at a media event that the wwe did today.
