Only those currently in the business, and can only have been working any sort of professional shows for two years or less. Who would it be?

Off the top of my head, Aubrey Edwards.
On her interview during AEW Dark she said she's only been in the business about 2 years, and she's so damn good at her job that she's my second favorite ref already.

Great thread, I’d be interested to know too.
I used to love following young talent on the indies, but haven’t paid much attention for a while now. I’m sure Beyond Wrestling, CZW, and Limitless Wrestling all have some people developing nicely.

Utami Hayashishita, she is unreal with barely over a year in the business. Mei Suruga from Gatoh Move as well.

Somewhere within the cluster-f of ROH, Eli Isom is pretty impressive for only being about 2 years into the business.
Shibata's LA Dojo trainees are pretty darn good too, Coughlin and Connors. They show a lot of promise.

Brian Pillman Jr. gets my vote. I'm very surprised at how much he's already defined himself in the ring separately from his dad. It took years for guys like Cody and Orton to do that when they first got in the business.

It took years for guys like Cody and Orton to do that when they first got in the business. Pillman Jr. did that by instead becoming Ricky Morton Jr. Kidding aside, I'm impressed too.

If you haven't checked out her interview with Chris Van Vliet on his YouTube channel you should great stuff.
