Kay Lee Ray. Toni Storm. 'I Quit' match for the title. I really hope it ends up being good. Toni's been a bit hit or miss lately, which could be due to my expectations being way too high after first seeing her in the MYC, but I've been waiting for her to have another great or really good match since the one with Shayna.

Wtf is with Eddie Dennis' entrance? That damn dragon mask is absurd. And that theme never kicks in. It is kind of embarrassing.

Damn already 150 matches and it’s only February 6th.
That was a hell of a gimmick match. Simple concept. I’m surprised it’s not used more often.

Raw should do something similar with Andrade and Humberto and put them in a match where all of the floor mats are removed.

Missed a couple weeks. I'm back.
NXT UK 1/30
1&2 vs. The Hunt. Glad to see Oney back. Fun tag match. UK tag division is real good right now.
Dennis/Seven Segment. Dennis is just missing something. Seven, Seven is money.
Sweet vignette for Valkyrie.
Samuels vs. Dawn. Good match. Dawn getting better, but she's like how people don't get what Ember Moon is. What's Dawn? A dark wizard lady or smiling lady.
Holland vs. Bone. Big boys going hard. Really like Holland. Still green, but should be a star.
Andrews, Webster & Mastiff vs. Imperium. Awesome UK main event. That German suplex on Webster was sick. Also Walter vs. Mastiff? I'm down.
2/6
Niven vs. Luna. This felt too long. Just let Dani showcase and then Niven hits sigs and a finisher.
A-Kid vs. Bate. Nice match between student and teacher. This match will be great when it gets more time.
Like the Connors promo. Connors has finally got something to sink his teeth in with this overlooked superstar angle. It's similar to Ziggler, but actually works here because he has been "overlooked" unlike Ziggler.
Pretty Deadly vs. Smith/Carter. Pretty Deadly rule first off. Second, good match. Also I like how much Smith has gotten better and like him in a team for now.
KLR/Storm Segment. Really good character building segment here. KLR is such a great heel. Toni looked really good here and didn't have to say much. I Quit match should help Toni's rough performances lately..I hope.
Dennis vs. Seven. Great freaking fight! Love the fast start. Sick Razors Edge on the steps. Ahhhhhhhh that burning hammer/AA off the collapsing table. Shout out to Dennis for finishing with a f***ed up arm.

Yeah, I doubt there’ll be much time to do a dance routine to Voulez-Vous with this serious presentation.

IIRC, Aoife Valkyrie's opponent is Amale.

Aoife Valkyrie and Pretty Deadly showed up at last night's NXT house show in Tampa. Valkyrie defeated the returning Aliyah, while Pretty Deadly ran afoul of the Aussies Bronson Reed and Shane Thorne.

Will Toni quit? We know her butt won't. Her ass is so lethal, Shirai once vowed to destroy it.

Feel like I should bump this and say that having an NXT UK Takeover show in Dublin both makes sense from an audience perspective (Ireland being a growing wrestling presence globally, not just in WWE) but also a taaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad bit inappropriate sounding from a historical perspective.

WALTER made light of it saying it should be NXT Europe, but yeah, the name of the show will not go down well there. I've been to Dublin a few times in the last few years, and although the vast majority were welcoming, there is a big "BRITS OUT" mentality, which I can't go into fully here.
