Okay, I know that this question doesn’t sound very important but I thought I would ask it anyway. When I was in school, I HATED the small stapler that my parents gave me. It was made by Swingline. Much like these staplers that are shown here... www.google.com/shopping/product/6278676002711198388?hl=en-us&lsft=cm_mmc:PLA-_-Google-LIA-_-1595784683-_-9500836-VQ6-303408133565-VQ16-c-VQ17-pla-VQ18-local-VQ20-330234497239-VQ21-2355&lsft=gclid:CjwKCAiAuK3vBRBOEiwA1IMhulyD8oMStuwYbRq07m44iJy2v-x9nRXYTV3b9IPj6pvd7PuVsD3FfxoCDHcQAvD_BwE,gclsrc:aw.ds&output=search&lsf=seller:7933,store:11618950556625346430&q=swingline+small+staplers&oq=swingline+small+staplers&prds=epd:8730921274628219035,local:1,oid:8730921274628219035,prmr:2&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjxvZP9jaXmAhVR11kKHXkvClgQ8wIIhAE ...you had to load the staples by opening up the top handle of the stapler so to speak and put the small staples into a narrow grove that is under the handle. This would be fine except for the fact that sometimes when the staple count would run low, the staples would fall down in the grove creating a jam. I HATED this. I hope what I said makes sense as it’s hard to describe. With the bigger ACCO staplers, sure they were bigger but, since the way they were built, there is no way the staples could jam. Here’s a YouTube video of the ACCO 40 (I have the decades old ACCO 20 which naturally still works. www.youtube.com/watch?v=sZSrE6URMfsNow, if you were going to school or are, which stapler would you prefer? The small one that while lighter has a tendency to jam or the other one while bigger doesn’t jam?

The big staplers do a much better job at getting the staple into all the sheets of paper, as I recall.
