Well, I guess they decided to pull the trigger on Seth as a heel with Authors of Pain as his heavies. Should be interesting.

It should be very interesting, yes.
But I just have one question about all this, though... A lot of the backlash against Rollins came from him being a dick on social media and in interviews, and now has resulted in a change in the TV character. But this doesn't stop him from being a dick on social media and in interviews. Does this just get handwaved now because he's working a heel character?

Glad they didn't drag it out. Just saw the clip now and it was good.

The reveal was weird, but that promo felt real. He's going to embrace this.

At least they did it, now will it be good? In current WWE's booking climate? We'll see...

Love the speech but I’m not sure he’s leading the AOP. He spent so long talking not having a part of this until this week and they didn’t seem too much unit.
Seems like something Seth will regret down the line.
Or I am more likely looking into something a little too much.

He’s so much more in his element. I really don’t blame them trying him as the face of RAW for awhile, but it didn’t work. I’m glad they made the switch and I think Rollins is slimey enough to make it work just swimmingly.

Rollins as a face could've been amazingly likable if the Vince and the writers actually wrote him as such. He could've shown growth in maturity and displayed a sincere change. The problem was he behaved way too similarly to his heel persona, which ultimately didn't make him likable at all still. I also feel they went with this turn far too quickly and should've did it as a slow burn.
You could've had the AOP attacked Rollins at some point in order to sell the Seth's truth. Owens could've felt bad about accusing him of deceit only for Rollins to show his true colors in the end.

That's what this whole CM Punk mess is. Ever since the Will Ospreay situation Seth has fed into it and embraced it on purpose

Glad they didn't drag it out. Just saw the clip now and it was good. It is an easy spin Fans turned on me for speaking my mind a little bit more then they are comfortable with so f***em. Want the AOP to embrace that Seth Rollins is right mentality and Raw will only be successful if Seth is. If you don't fall in line you getting an ass whooping

One of the key things of this has been Owens being all like "Nope, not falling for it, you sicced them on me" and being actually somewhat intelligent in the matter. Made him look a lot better than letting down his guard and THEN being attacked again. We turn that shit into memes.

Reading that made me think about the whole Punk/Hunter situation where it made Punk look like a paranoid goober afterwards.

I was thinking more along the lines of babyface Sting always trusting people that end up turning on him.

Between his booking and his own actions, Rollins has become an almost instant channel changer for me. Or he would be if I didn't have to work closings on Mondays. Which I consider a positive now.

If you don't fall in line you getting an ass whooping It's the classic heel and goons stable except with Seth's own character turned into a storyline. It's the smartest thing they could do for him and the same for AOP. Now we can see some other people benefit going against them both.
