My favorite things about these movies were the old timey mobster movies that Kevin would play to scare everyone.

"Angels With Filthy Souls" and "Angels With Even Filthier Souls" were both filmed specifically for the Home Alone movies. Ralph Foody, the guy who played the gangster in those movies, also had bit roles in Blues Brothers and Curly Sue.

I had a Talkboy; the movie and commercial made it seem way easier to operate than it actually was.

I'm actually kinda disappointed they didn't feature any of that in their episode of "The Movies That Made Us." Would've been really interesting to see extended information on that. Then again, the "Made Us" documentaries as a whole have been pretty shit when you take a step back and look at how much they always overlook.

As somebody named Kevin, these movies give me massive PTSD because of it. With the Mom screaming "KEVIN!" all the time, that is totally understandable.

The first movie is fine because she only said it once and it was done in a believable manner. Lost in New York...I can't even watch that scene where she screams it. It gives me the weirdest anxiety because of what it did for me.
