Bobby Heenan cracks every joke in the book during Piper and the bagpipers at Summerslam 1992 That was amazing, but my all time favorite is his commentary during the Harts match at Survivor Series 1993.

Pretty much any time Heenan was doing commentary, especially with Gorilla.
I know it hasn't aged well, but I loved the DX parody of the Nation of Domination.

Also, Dusty Rhodes losing his mind at a Harlem Heat vs. Public Enemy hardcore match.
“He just laid his ol’ tired ass out!”
“It’s a PIZZA PAN!!”

Stevie Richards and company any time before they gave a serious edge to him and the BWO leading up to Barely Legal. From Stevie's interactions with Raven and Beulah, to when he got Meanie and Nova as sidekicks doing the impersonations.
Two words: TEAM ECK.
As divisive as he is now, and as much as some 80s promos and oneliners don't hold up, Jim Cornette's work as a manager.
Roddy Piper promos.
Gorilla and Bobby...I guess it's a given but I will mention it anyway: ROYAL RUMBLE 92. Or really, any time during Flair's first WWF run.

There was a match between Hogan and either Terry or Dory Funk, I believe, where they did the spot where one of the wrestlers was running and the other laid face down on the mat while the first kept going into the ropes. Instead of doing this straight, Hogan stamped down on Funk's back about half a dozen times as he ran back and forth against the ropes in the ring.

Blackman doing standup at the retirement home is one of the funniest things WWE has ever done. Vince and Shane in the church is still hilarious to me.

To be honest most comedy hits were funny in the attitude Era, where most today are channel turners.
Yes even May Young giving birth to a hand was hilarious.

Also, Dusty Rhodes losing his mind at a Harlem Heat vs. Public Enemy hardcore match. “He just laid his ol’ tired ass out!” “It’s a PIZZA PAN!!” To this day, I maintain the exact moment Dusty lost it was when Booker reacted by looking straight at the hard camera with the goofiest expression he could muster. It's such a great moment cuz you could see Heenan, Dusty and Schiavonne just drop everything, laugh and have fun for the rest of the match.

Florida Express vs. Do Fixer & Magnum Tokyo, all hair vs. all masks. The three stooges spot among the faces, EVERYONE being afraid of Sasaki (including his partners who are clearly relying on him), the invisible forcefield and Dragon Kid stupidly getting stuck behind it, Akira Hokuto corpsing the entire time, and the finish where big badass Sasaki can't be put down by a mere powder in the eyes but goes down to BAGS AND BAGS OF POWDER.

Stevie Richards and company any time before they gave a serious edge to him and the BWO leading up to Barely Legal. From Stevie's interactions with Raven and Beulah, to when he got Meanie and Nova as sidekicks doing the impersonations. I will die on the hill that Stevie Richards from mid-1995 until the bWo is the funniest pro wrestler in history. Some other highlights -Claiming that Luna Vachon ruined his childhood by joining Kevin Sullivan's Army of Darkness, in which he does an incredible impression of Sullivan summoning Purple Haze from the ocean. -Addressing Missy Hyatt while appearing as Lord Stevie Regal of The Blue Meanie Bloods. "And as for you, TROLLOP!" -"Take your eyes off Meanie's legs and DRIVE, Monkey Boy!" -His insanely good Flyboy Rocco Rock impression when he and Meanie became The Public Enemy -Throwing up The Gangstas X forearm symbol during a triple threat match in an attempt to make friends, only to get leveled instantly by New Jack -Licking some of the frosting off Bluedust's belly during a promo. "Told you it wasn't feminine enough, Meanie. Hmm, good!" -The whole Baron Von Stevie/Bluedust in-ring promo. "Have no fear! I will not harm you, Bluedust!". The ending where Joey Styles effortlessly slaps the Iron Claw off his forehead is one of the best punchlines in wrestling history. Stevie was also fun in his brief WCW stint and as the GM of Stevie Night Heat, but he was on his own level in ECW. In conclusion, here's him dragging Shane Douglas right after he came back from the WWF:

In conclusion, here's him dragging Shane Douglas right after he came back from the WWF: Dec. 1995 : Stevie goes over the stipulations to an Ultimate Jeopardy match, then gets to the fact that if he loses, he must spend 5 minutes with the opposing team..."If you think Stevie Richards is scared of all of you....YOU'RE RIGHT! OH GOD I DON'T WANNA GO IN THE CAGE!" August 1995, he formally introduces us to Francine and starts his streak of wearing "uncool" bands on his half shirts, starting with going all Stewart with a Winger one.

Commissioner Foley: "Guys, I'm a 3 time WWF Champion AND a Hardcore Legend, and I never got my own dressing room!" Edge: "Mick..you never change your clothes." Christian: "You just wrestle in what you've got on." Commissioner Foley: "That's a good point."

Triple H Vs D'Lo Brown blindfold match was more comedic than it ever had any rights to be. Trips hammed it up perfectly.

Ronnie Garvin's trolling in WWF was great. Bouncing around between the other roles (timekeeper, referee, ring announcer) and using it to F with Valentine and the other heels, good stuff. Of course, the infamous raspberry gif.
