Lets see if we can get any of these predictions to come true (also, i know it's still 2019, but lets still use 2020 as the start date). First one, I predict Jericho will have retired by 2024, but before then he'll have one last run as a face.

-Dynamite ratings have their ups and downs, and never decline significantly beneath their current level, but also never rise to being serious competition towards RAW or Smackdown. AEW settles in at TNA's old position of the #2 promotion in the US, and has to deal with their top acts periodically being poached by big money WWE contracts.
-The Bucks are done as a regular team, and quite possibly retired from regularly wrestling altogether.
-Lucha Bros eventually get solos main event pushes, are never booked to their full potential, finally jump ship to WWE where they're booked even worse, but paid way more for it.
-AEW replaces RoH as NJPW's main partner in the US. The AAA deal quietly dissolves.
-Every couple months angry people on the internet complain how stale and played out the Orange Cassidy stuff is. He's still beloved and getting white hot crowd reactions.

Sammy Guevara: world champion! (chased by Ray Fenix and Marc Quen) Excalibur and Colt Cabana are the beloved commentary team. Scorpio Sky and Trent are a tag team. Kenny Omega retirement match headlines a PPV. Britt Baker is still a dentist, haven't you heard? Xavier Woods debuts as big babyface and beats Jeff Cobb for upper midcard title. Ortiz vs. Santana feud is better than Bret vs. Owen. Cuts ties with developmental MLW fed.

-Britt Baker will leave the company and join Adam Cole in WWE
-The most high-profile bidding war will be over Tessa Blanchard in mid-2020; she chooses WWE
-EC3 will join AEW which will be exciting at first but he won't do that much there, as his heel role is already filled by MJF and there isn't much else for him to do as a face, will ultimately go back to Impact
-Matt Hardy will reprise his Broken gimmick for about a year in AEW and have one PPV main event against the champion (Moxley, I think) where he'll come up short, but remain a major player while he's there
-Nick Jackson will have a solo run and one world title reign that ends up being a lot of fun. Matt Jackson will unfortunately be injury-plagued and not active for a lot of the time in question
-Groundbreaking lesbian storyline between Peyton Royce and Priscilla Kelly
-Cody will win the world title from MJF, but his reign will only last for about three weeks, and it'll be his only reign
-Adam Page will have an extremely lucrative heel run as the leader of the Four Horsemen, during which the company garners its highest ratings of the five year period
-The rest of the Four Horsemen will be Kip Sabian, Shawn Spears, and Penelope Ford
-Sammy Guevara will be out of the company after sexual harassment allegations from multiple women
-Jake Hager will leave Inner Circle and have a brief but popular face run as an all-American wrestler before going to MMA full-time
-Inner Circle will end up being a face comedy stable (that is still a threat) with Santana, Ortiz, and Jericho
-Moxley will break up with Renee after getting jealous over her close relationship with CM Punk; Renee will then end up actually involved in a throuple with Punk and AJ Lee. Moxley will become even more bitter than usual and end up suddenly eloping with Hikaru Shida which catches everyone completely by surprise. After which they both leave AEW to go work in Japan full time.
-AEW starts using the "1st champion" etc terminology used to describe each IWGP champion.
-Secondary title ends up being the TV Championship, which is held by Cody for a while to legitimize it, then becomes synonymous with Kip Sabian. Others like Omega, PAC, and Marc Quen also have good runs with it. It main events most episodes of Dynamite unless there's a bigger match going on.
-World Champions over the five years include Jericho, Moxley, Omega, Adam Page (as heel), Scorpio Sky, MJF, Cody, Darby Allin, PAC, Adam Page (as face), Omega, PAC, Nick Jackson, MJF, Jericho (as face), Omega, Kota Ibushi, MJF

-Groundbreaking lesbian storyline between Peyton Royce and Priscilla Kelly Shawn Spears pops out of a cake, while Darby Allin watches the whole thing on TV from his boiler room.

Jericho will have left at the end of his deal as Vince drove a dump truck of cash to his door and offers him control over WWE podcasting. He isn't used well, but is certainly paid well.
There will have been acrimony and rumours of lawsuits over ownership of trademarks as Cody is registering AEW events in his own name rather than AEWs. Yes, they're WCW events his father created, but they're still being used by the company.
They will have moved to a booking team system rather than having the elite book everything as active wrestlers. Shows will be a bit more consistent overall.
AEW dark probably won't still be a thing due to youtube cutting money without warning. It may have a successor on a paying streaming service though.
Matt Hardy will have had a Jerichoesque career resurgence run, though not as high up the card. Not as Broken Matt, but something else.

I can see them having to downsize after the initial hype and novelty wears off. Smaller venues, that sort of thing.
