That was f***ing great! This might be my second favorite wrestling wedding after Teddy Long and Krystal. This is what makes wrestling fun! I seriously can't wait to see what happens next. I'm happy Liv is getting a push! I need to revisit that one. I don't remember much about the whole Teddy Long and Krystal thing. Any short summaries?

Let’s see... 90% of the roster waving hands in the air to Jagged Edge, Hornswoggle antics before it jumped the shark, Jillian Hall getting carried out kicking and screaming after trying to do a singsong, The Godfather showing up and offering his product to the entire male part of the roster in attendance and getting them all to leave halfway through, Teddy Long having a heart attack because of Viagra... It’s pretty nuts. www.dailymotion.com/video/x4wjzodFunnily enough, the bride in this ended up marrying in real life... Bobby Lashley.

I thought they just longterm dated.

They broke up about nine years ago, too.

Now, I wonder how many people are familiar with the one wrestling wedding I attended.
Hint: Matt Striker as the officiant dressed as Elvis.

Just came across that segment on Twitter. Man, even completely out of context that was garbage. God bless ya if you can find that entertaining but shit like that in no way makes me think I made the wrong decision to stop watching.

You know. This would be a good way for EDGE to return. Crash this whole car wreck and steal Lana and become the RATED R SUPERSTAR and THE ULTIMATE OPPORTUNTITS! I'd just have him go back to his assault on all things stupid...

Quite possibly the most obscure wrestling wedding ever, as NXT Redemption was confined to a WWE.com exclusive before the Network.

Was this before or after they attacked Striker with chloroform and kidnapped him?

Was this before or after they attacked Striker with chloroform and kidnapped him? I believe the chloroform came after the wedding. Although it would have been great if they some how got Striker to do their wedding after they drugged and kidnapped him.

For me, it was more glancing the YouTube video title, seeing this thread title and then going “You know what? I’m good.”

so I guess the next phase of this angle is Liv Morgan and Lana wrestling one another Holy mother of.... Some wrestling fans enjoy cheesy wrestling comedy skits. Others, such as myself, enjoy things like the text I've quoted above. AKA actual wrestling comedy. I promise to be on here the night Liv and Lana have their first of hopefully MANY matches. It will be real. It will be spectacular. Get your popcorn ready. this just reminds me of Lana's first official match... the crowd was cheering we want Lana... Lana gets tagged in to huge pop... then she started wrestling and the crowd all at once realized they made a terrible mistake >_>

I'm kind of disappointed the gay twist isn't Lashley and Rusev being in love. They have time. Their just waiting for Lars return.

The way it was phrased it seemed like it was a thing. Yeah, Liv was saying that the affair took place when around when Liv debuted on the main roster. Granted, I'm confused as to when this could have really happened, because I'm pretty sure Rusev and the Riott Squad were on opposite brands up until the most recent draft. You're already thinking harder about this than they did.

They dated for a few years and had a daughter, but never actually married. They broke up about nine years ago, too. To add to this, the reason Lashley left back then is because they fired Krystal because she wouldn't do the sleeping with Edge storyline that ended up going to Vickie Guerrero right after this.

Judging by Sonya's reaction to the segment on social media, she probably agrees with you. What did she actually say? I bet she's just angry that every possible main feud (vs. Ronda Rousey) and this (the lesbian angle) are taken' away from her, even though she should have been like #1 pick for all of those things. I don't know if i really would want her anywhere near this. On one hand yeah she would get some tv time in a hot angle which she hasn't been getting but then would it really be a positive? I don't think i trust them writing a lesbian story where she would be portrayed well.
