I gave *what I saw* an 8. The opening tag was good, the Brotherhood/Lucha Bros match was good and the Mox segment was a bit halted but really fun.
I would have given what I saw a 10 but that women's match was....weird...

5.This show didn’t click with me. I like this version of Moxley than deathmatch geek Moxley. Good to see Jurassic Experience get a win. 2020 seems to be the year of the old man with DDP getting that push.I guess they are all out of new young talent they can push? Lucha Bros sure do lose alot. I get the feeling that DDP’s thing won’t be a sustained push as much as “dude’s an AEW-contracted guy who’s going to be on this cruise anyway, so we may as well use him”. It makes Blade & Butcher look like geeks. There are other ways to use old guys than making your talent look like geeks.IMO.

A 61-year-old shouldn’t have taken them 2-on-1 like that.

Haven't decided on a score yet, but going to go +1 whatever it is just for Jungle Boy winning. He's maybe my favorite dude in the company, at least top 5 material.

I was at a 6, but Jurassic Express winning and the final segment bumped it to a 7.

Was going to go 6/10, but the match announcements for the next couple weeks made me bump it to a 7.
The not so good: -Repeating what I said in the thread about it, the NC segment was just too much to cram into one place. Should've kept the interference minimal-yet-important, THEN do a beatdown, the way they did it was just too much and wound up detracting from what was shaping up to be a decent women's title match. Brandi needs to settle on what exactly her character is, what her group's goals are, etc.; I'm fine with maintaining an air of mystery around some of it, but fans have nothing to really sink their teeth into yet so everything feels off-pace and awkward.
-Agreed that DDP shouldn't have flattened BnB that easily.
-Some of the wrestling tonight felt half a step off at times, but that'll happen now and then. Stood out in Daniels/Sammy, but as mentioned before that might've been more a case of having to following the overstuffed previous segment.
-I REALLY want Penta and Fenix to have a stronger direction right now. I'm totally down with Pentagon fighting Daniels as I love both guys, but I want to see a little more for them. I think Jericho said they were originally slated to be in the Inner Circle before PnP signed, so I get it's an on the fly adjustment, but I'm ready for them to get to the fireworks factory.
The still positive: -Been banging on this drum all through the past year, but it's so much easier to be forgiving of a not great wrestling show if you at least don't feel like you've wasted your time, and things have happened that have moved stories or characters forward. Despite the faults I mentioned this episode still did that, and still didn't really drag, either, even if it wasn't as crisp a two hours as I've gotten used to. I've been saying that main roster WWE's biggest problem isn't necessarily shoddy writing or repetitive match formats/layouts (though those don't help), but that too many Raws or SDs are perfectly skippable because nothing of note will happen on them, or they'll just repeat everything for weeks on end. AEW's still avoiding that, so, again, it doesn't feel like wasted time.
-Still some good matches to be had, namely the marquee tag matches.
-The story of Jungle Boy's growing confidence is a strong way to build an underdog babyface.
-MJF is untouchable on the mic, and Uno is damn good, as well.
-I marked for Stu Grayson wanting to fight four guys at once. Sure, he's a heel, but not every heel needs to be chickenshit.
-What made me bump my rating up: the upcoming matches they announced gave me hope they'll be addressing a couple of my complaints: the women's tag might hopefully point toward the NC's purpose, and the six-man tag will likely be a way for BnB to get their heat back. I could end up wrong, but I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.

A 7. Fine show minus the Brandi nonsense.

Went with a 7. Overall a fun show but I'll echo what others said about the women's match/segment. Just really bad.
Highlight for me was Jungle Boy getting his first win.

I'll give it a seven out of ten. It was solid but not outstanding, IMHO.

I wanted to like the Nightmare Collective stuff but it's been executed very poorly thus far. The women's match was not very good, easily the worst showing thus far from either Riho or Statlander. They didn't click at all and the ending was some awful WWE-esque nonsense, which could also be said about the ending to Daniels/Guevara (though that match wasn't half bad prior to the shit finish).
Beyond that I thought the show was quality as always, with Kenny/Hangman vs Private Party being my match of the night. I loved Mox going full-on Austin on the Inner Circle after dragging the fake-out juuuust long enough to make you think he might've joined them for real. And even with two dud segments it was still an incredibly brisk two hours of wrestling.

3.
Brandi and the NC wiped me out. There was some good, as mentioned so far in this thread, but the lack of DQs and Brandi did me in tonight.

5. Easily the weakest. They moved some storylines, but Brandi single handedly ruined that women's match. Her commentary was f***ing garbage. I was willing to give the Nightmare Collective a chance, but that was a literal shit the bed moment.

I do wonder when they’ll pay off the Jungle Boy vs. Jericho title match, since it’s obviously not going to take place at Revolution.

I went 6. Other then the Nightmare Collective stuff, nothing was bad. It just felt like a flat show tonight.
And the Moxley/Jericho thing didn’t work for me at all. I was literally waiting the entire time for him to bottle Jericho, it was so obvious. I would’ve held that way earlier in the show, and just had Mox come out and shit kick him immediately. As it was it felt like they mistimed the show and just had them kill time

That's his team right there going to war with MJFs and I feel like this is gonna be built on MJF forcing Cody to agree to the stipulations via threatening to hurt DDP post match

Blade and Butcher in this match should be fine, they're gonna sell sure but they've only lost one match, which is important to keep in mind, this'll probably be another win for them.

I'd go with about a 6.5, but since that doesn't exist, I'll round up to a 7. Probably would've been an 8 otherwise, but that Nightmare Collective stuff was brutal. Completely ruined what should've been a solid match between Riho and Statlander.
And while I'm fine with some leeway on not calling DQ's, the refs need to exert some authority. Right now, they look like goobers who just count pins and make sure if someone wants to tap out. Like, I get the sense they're trying to use New Japan's example of more lenient reffing, but at least Red Shoes keep a semblance of order within a match.

6/10. The Moxley/Jericho segment was entertaining, and Jungle Boy finally getting a win was satisfying, but Brandi's involvement in the Riho/Statlander title match dragged the show down.
