Anyone check it out last night? Anyone a fan of the show? It was one of my favorite series finales ever. I loved that not everyones happy ending was the same. Most of them went through the door but Tahani becoming an architect was fun, and Michael becoming a real human really got me in the feels.
So many fun callbacks in the finale. Seeing Doug Forcett, Eleanor's earth friends, Donkey Doug, Pill Boi, etc was all fun. I marked hard for Nick Offerman/Ron Swanson and that they were kind of vague about which one he was. Also Ted Danson getting to share a scene with his real wife was a nice touch.
Their interpretation of what the after-life is was really beautiful. Eleanor (and I guess all of them) becoming that little voice that makes people do right was very sweet. I'll miss this show.

Really good finale. I really liked how the arc of the series was tied up last week & this was the post script. I thought the finale scene was the perfect way end the series. Keep it sleezy.

It was perfect and I cried like a big old baby. It's rare that a show affects me as much as Good Place did, I feel like it helped me understand what it means to be a good person and I'm sad to see it go but happy that I have this wonderful thing to go back to when I need it.

God, I’m going to miss this show. That felt like the perfect way to end it. {Spoiler}I sort of wanted Michael to end up as a bartender in Boston, but that’d be a bit on the nose

loved the last episode
I like that an all bunch of characters came back, shows some of them did improve in the afterlife
Nick Offerman just squeaked in as an actor who has appeared in The Good Place, as well as Parks and Rec and Brooklyn 99 alongside Marc Evan Jackson and Jason Mantzoukas, there is probably others but those 3 stand out.
Said Mary Steenburgen out loud for some reason when she came on screen.
Though I'm sad it's gone, I'm glad the show got to end on it's own times

I thought the entire last season was a colossal disappointment. It seemed to just wallow in a mawkishness the whole time, whereas the first 3 seasons were these whip-smart rides.

Gut punched me in the feels so bad, I got Futurama final episode vibes. It's definitely up there as one of the best series finales.

I watched the entire last season during this weekend. I'm so sad it's over, along with Mr. Robot and Bojack Horseman that also finished up. All three are some of the best shows of the 2010s. Anyway, I started watching this on Netflix around a year and a half ago when I was going through deep depression, and like many other Mike Schur shows it felt so comforting. {Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW}So nice to see everybody get a fitting ending, especially Michael. I'd love to see a spin-off show of his human life! I marked at the Nick Offerman cameo, so I choose to believe it was indeed Ron Swanson. On the topic of cameos, something that disappointed me is that Stone Cold Steve Austin never made a cameo. I laughed my ass off at Vince's bedpan appearing in the real Good Place.

It was like the last season of Lost for me. The final season mostly sucked, but the actual last episode made me cry like a baby.
Like seriously, a tv show or movie has never made me cry like that except maybe the end of Marley and Me.

This was a great example of a show with a clever concept doing enough each year to stay interesting and not overstating its welcome. I'm gonna miss it but I'll be doing a rewatch bing coming up pretty soon.

I hope that what people realize out of that show is that D'Arcy Carden needs her own starring vehicle. Good Place wouldn't have been the same without her.

Finally got to watch this last night. I was very happy with it. They tied up everybody’s story in a way that was believable. And Chidi’s “wave” story was one of the most beautiful analogies I have ever heard.
