Considering her role in the first film was comparatively minor, Alison Hannigan became the breakout star of American Pie. I dunno, she was arguably the most well-known star in the first movie.

What’s Fez doing now? Though I’d say being with hot Lindsay Lohan is enough to qualify. Yeah, what did Fez do? I'd have put Donna ahead of him just from Orange is the New Black. Dude, he was handy manny! And the host of yo momma That's all I got

David Boreanaz, he's has been working consistency since buffy. I'd say Seth Green as well but not sure if I'd say he was supporting cast or more recurring guest star. Seth Green was a regular for season three and part of season four after guesting through almost all of season two, so I'd count it.

Does Johnny Young Bosch count? I mean I know voice acting isn't as high profile as national TV, but he's probably among the most consistently working examples of Power Ranger alumni.

They were talking about Joe Rogan's impact on the next Presidential election last week. I don't think anyone expected that from the electrician on NewsradioSame with Thomas Haden Church. The idiot mechanic on Wings goes on to do Ned & Stacy, George of the Jungle, Demon Knight, Spider-Man 3, and is nominated for an Oscar for Sideways. He's done alright since that tv show.

It’s so weird that Steven Weber’s highest profile gig since that show probably was a commercial for M&Ms.

Glee. Since I don’t keep up with young pop culture too often, my only name I hear a lot, is Harry Schlum jr so I guess it’s him and Leah Michelle. I hear that Grant Gustin kid is doing okay. I hear that the girl who played Marley is doing okay, too. I even heared they run in the same circles now.

I guess if you told me Martin Freeman would be the lead in big Blockbuster The Hobbit when he was on The Office I probably would have laughed. Even Gervais becoming as big as he did amazed me honestly.

Oh, look. Seinfeld's dentist is playing a goofy dad on a show about a kid and his family. I'm glad he found a little bit of success.

Band of Brothers had its fair share of guys in the supporting cast who went on to be bigger names than most of the primary leads:
- Michael Fassbender - James McAvoy - Tom Hardy - Simon Pegg - Dominic Cooper - Jimmy Fallon - Andrew Scott

It’s so weird that Steven Weber’s highest profile gig since that show probably was a commercial for M&Ms. He has a new show "Indebted" coming to NBC with Fran Drescher. He was Caroline's dad on 2 Broke Girls. And he was in that ABC version of The Shining. He was also in one of those Masters of Horror episodes on ShowTime, the "Jenifer" one. He's been working steady. He was also on iZombie and plays the mayor on NCIS: New Orleans.

Bradley Cooper with Alias
Though Kristen Bell as done fantastically post-Veronuca Mars, Iwould never have guessed Tessa Thompson would do as well as she has done

Or that one actress who got her first role as a guest star in an episode, I believe her name was Jessica Chastain? Bell, Thompson, Ritter, Chastain, Aaron Paul, Armie Hammer, and Max Greenfield. Rob Thomas had a pretty good eye for talent that hadn't gotten their big break, yet.

In the late 90s in the UK there a satirical news/sketch show called the 11 o'clock show, it's regular supporting cast included Sacha Baron Cohen (this is where Ali G started to become a famous name), and Ricky Gervais, as well Mackenzie Crook, and Charlie Brooker been one of the writers, the host was Iain Lee who never really achieved much post-show
