Anyone ever go to one? I have, but not for years and can’t remember the last time I’ve been to one.
What made me think of this was recently listening to a podcast about serial killer Robert Berdella who actually had a booth at a flea market called Bob’s Bazaar Bizarre. According to Wikipedia he sold primitive art, jewelry, and antiques.
Are these kind of stores even around any more? Are they profitable so that they even have a reason to still exist? I did a quick Google search and the first result near me was a comic book store which isn’t really the same thing.

In Seattle, I went to the Ye Olde Curiosity Shoppe down on the pier. It was random and weird and totally cool. Loved it.
