Giants going to lose. It’s gonna be the Brewers. I’m only barely mad. I had this pegged as a 40+ loss team coming in. An overwhelming lack of talent they somehow stayed in it until the last day of this weird shortened season. Not bad. Though this would have been a fantastic year to tank away.

I think this was the worst year to tank With college sports being limited (not counting Football) can't really call it on players and you are going to rely on old scouting

Who cares if you punt a whack once-ever 60 game season to get the pick of the whole bunch.

Some explain to me how the Blue Jays can get the tie breaker against the Yankees. I don't understand it, what is the tie breaker?

Anyway I think the Blue Jays having a tie breaker to the Yankees is a joke, the Yankees should get the benefit of the doubt, because it is good for baseball.

Just like I predicted. The season ended the second the Pads walked the Giants off Friday night.

Well looks like Yankees / Indians, both teams are similar in being very strictly. You don't what team is going to show up.
Does anyone know if they are going to reseed for the Divisional round, or is that yet to be announced?

So as expected the Red Sox announced that Ron Roenicke will not return as manager next season.
You got to feel for Roenicke. He was put in a no win situation. He was thrust into the job at the last minute and had no pitching staff at all to speak of.
Still this opens up an interesting scenario. Would the Red Sox bring back Alex Cora? His suspension will be up after the season and he wasn't suspended for anything involving the Sox. He was very popular with the players and the fan base seems to want him back.
He was popular with the owners too but I don't know if they want to open that can of worms and Chaim Bloom may want to go with his own guy. Besides who knows if Alex is even interested in returning to the Sox.

Cleveland vs NYY should be interesting. Both teams are fairly similar in how streaky they can be. Hopefully CB Bucknor, Angel Hernandez, and Joe West aren't involved with any of the Yanks' series. :E
