Sytch publicly disavowed responsibility for Lasseter’s death on Twitter on 4/25 when asked by a fan, "Question For You: How fast were you going when you slammed into the poor old guy stopped at a traffic light and killed him? His life ended for what reason? Were you on your way to a fire? or drunk? or high?" Sytch responded, "Hmmmabout 10 since I was slowing down to. Light. But he had a heart. Attack. Nothing to do with my seizure" What a f***ing ghoul.

At this point I don’t know if there is a person alive I’d trust less than Tammy Sytch. She could tell me people need water to live and I’d start eating saltines.

I have rarely been sorrier to read the parenthesis. If she doesn't get sent away, she will kill again.

I have rarely been sorrier to read the parenthesis. If she doesn't get sent away, she will kill again. Yeah I think it's time to lose that part, as if it were a cause for relief or celebration. I think I am adult enough to know wishing death on people is not the answer. But if things come to a certain point, I wouldn't exactly mourn the fact. And I know there'll be people who'd be all "I'm going to remember the '90s Sunny, etc. etc." You know, avoiding "speaking ill" as it were. Nah. I'm past that.

Why does she. Type. Like this. I thought Flair's tweets were. Annoying. To. Read.

I hope for her and society’s sake that she stays grounded and doesn’t get behind the wheel. Do I hope she gets the needed help she needs? A thousand times yes. Do I doubt that she’ll volunteer to get the help she needs? A thousand times yes. f*** this smiling piece of garbage…

Bill DeMott, of all people, is trying to start a campaign to get her kicked out of the HoF.
I never thought I'd support anything Bill DeMott was doing.

A convicted killer likely wont stay - should they pay any attention to the outcome here, assuming she actually gets found guilty.

Given there is no physical Hall and he was removed from the website and list of people recognised as 'in' that's as good as booted for what their HoF is.

Doesnt stop him being a bully, but a sad thing to happen to anyone and explains why he's so invested in this.

To clarify for each of these charges here is what they have to prove beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt: DUI Manslaughter (Second Class Felony): That she was indeed intoxicated at the time in which she was driving the vehicle, and that her actions were a significant causal factor in the death of the victim (Meaning even if the injuries which occurred as a result of Sunny's actions weren't the direct cause of death, her actions have to have triggered the event that did. Like you know, if somebody had a heart attack as a result of some dangerous act you committed.) This carries a maximum possible sentence of 15 years, minimum 4, in the state of Florida, and a fine up to the amount of $10,000, and a three year suspension of license. Driving with a suspended or revoked license resulting in death or serious injury (Second class felony): That the license she was driving with was no longer active, and that this killed or injured the victim. Another sentence of up to 15 years, plus another fine of $10,000. In this instance I'm not sure how sentencing would work as both are charges which connect directly to the act of killing the man. Normally in that case they'd consider sentencing only for the more substantial of the two crimes, but they're both a charge for a different violation. On the whole, this one will likely be considered an aggravating charge to the Manslaughter charge. Damage to Persons or Property (Third Degree Felony): That her actions injured people or caused the destruction of private property. Up to 5 years in prison for each charge. Fines up to $5,000. So if convicted she's facing between 11 and 50 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines. Given her total lack of remorse, and the litany of aggravating factors here I'd expect closer to the 50 years in this case.

Given there is no physical Hall and he was removed from the website and list of people recognised as 'in' that's as good as booted for what their HoF is. Even if there was a physical one, they’d just remove his plaque. And now he’s a two-time inductee. It was purely a media move, to make sure his name wasn’t there if the press Googled it and didn’t bother to do the next 4 seconds of research. He wasn’t removed in any meaningful sense. The only ones who were punished were people who wanted to see his cartoon that also got pulled from the Network.
