There’s that old thought to always tell the truth. Then if you ever get in trouble people will have a reason to give you the benefit of the doubt.

At this point I don’t know if there is a person alive I’d trust less than Tammy Sytch. She could tell me people need water to live and I’d start eating saltines.

Yeah I think it's time to lose that part, as if it were a cause for relief or celebration.

I think I am adult enough to know wishing death on people is not the answer. But if things come to a certain point, I wouldn't exactly mourn the fact.

They booted Hogan for his racism, even if they let him back in later. A convicted killer likely wont stay - should they pay any attention to the outcome here, assuming she actually gets found guilty.

Everyone’s favourite of this forum Jim Cornette spoke about the incident on his podcast and normally Jim is playing a character to some degree but he sounded annoyed over the whole thing, and was clearly annoyed when he said “ when the person refuses to get the help” and his wife said on twitter that her friends have made several attempts to get her help.

Given there is no physical Hall and he was removed from the website and list of people recognised as 'in' that's as good as booted for what their HoF is.

That makes sense. Doesnt stop him being a bully, but a sad thing to happen to anyone and explains why he's so invested in this.

WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch, 49, was arrested this evening in Ormond Beach, Florida in connection to the death of 75-year old Julian L. Lasseter, the man who was killed in the three car traffic incident on 3/25, PWInsider.com has confirmed. Sytch was arrested this evening at a hotel in Florida. PWInsider.com is currently working on additional details, but can confirm at this time at least one of the charges is DUI-related.

The Ormond Beach Police Department's report on the 3/25 incident stated that Sytch (who does not possess a valid driver's license) was driving southbound on U.S. 1 just north of Granada Boulevard and failed to stop at 8:28 PM EST. The report cited that two different witnesses to the crash reported Sytch's car traveling at a "high rate of speed" before crashing into Lasseter’s stopped vehicle after Sytch failed to stop. Lasseter then crashed into a third vehicle. Lasseter passed away after being rushed to the hospital. The driver and passengers of the third vehicle were not hospitalized but all complained of neck, back, side and head injuries. The incident led to Sytch pulling out of her scheduled appearances over Wrestlemania 38 weekend, where she was to be among the talents coming in to sign at Wrestlecon.

Authorities had been waiting for the return of Sytch's toxicology tests after a search warrant was executed to draw her blood while she was hospitalized after the incident. They finally received the remaining toxicology results this week.

Sytch also later claimed on Twitter that she owned the car she was driving when the incident happened, writing, “Ok enough. Stop this shit now. This man is the most caring man I’ve ever known. He puts me FIRST before him. It was MY car in the accident. Not his. So cut the crap. Enough already. Nothing you all say is gonna break us up so just give it a rest. Buh bye.”

The Ormond Beach Police report for the incident, however, lists Sytch’s boyfriend, James F. Pente as the owner of the white 2012 Mercedes that Sytch was driving when she crashed into Lasseter's vehicle.

A civil lawsuit had already been filed against both Sytch and Pente on 4/12 before the Circuit Court of the Sevenths Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida by Lasseter’s estate. The lawsuit, seeking in "excess" of $100,000 in damages, states:

-“Upon information and belief, on or about March 25, 2022, Defendant SYTCH was intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle owned by Defendant PENTE southbound on N. Yonge Street, at or near the intersection of W. Granada Boulevard in Ormond Beach, Volusia County, Florida.

-Defendant SYTCH operated the motor vehicle with the consent, either express or implied, of Defendant PENTE.

-On or about March 25, 2022, Julian L. Lasseter was also operating a motor vehicle southbound on N. Yonge Street, at or near the intersection of W. Granada Boulevard in Ormond Beach, Volusia County, Florida.

-At the time and place referenced in paragraphs 6 and 8 above, Defendant SYTCH negligently operated or maintained her motor vehicle so that it collided with the rear end of Julian L. Lasseter's motor vehicle, causing severe and incapacitating injuries to Mr. Lasseter. These injuries resulted in his death on March 25, 2022.”

The lawsuit alleges negligence on the part of Sytch, that Pente is "vicariously liable" for Sytch's actions by virtue of allowing her behind the wheel of his vehicle, that the Lasseter family has sustained medical and funeral expenses due to Sytch's actions and that Lasseter's adult daughter has "has suffered, and will suffer into the future, the loss of her father's companionship, instruction, guidance, and mental pain and suffering as a result of her father's death."

As of this writing, court records for the lawsuit do not reflect that Sytch and Pente have responded to the lawsuit, nor that they have been officially served.

The crash that led to Lasseter's passing was the most recent incident involving Sytch, who had been previously arrested on 2/24 in New Jersey, charged with eleven different charges, including Operating under the influence of liquor or drug, Driving after Driver’s License/Registration suspended/revoked, Careless Driving - likely to endanger person or property, Reckless Driving, Failure to wear seat equipment - responsibility of driver, Driving without a license, Failure to possess a driver's license, Failure to possess driving registration, Failure to possess an insurance card, Failure to install interlock or drive a car without an interlock, and Operating a motor vehicle during a license suspension - second violation. Sytch has pleaded not guilty to all of these charges and is scheduled for a court hearing at Keansburg Municipal Court in New Jersey on the morning of 5/26.

In a follow-up story, PWInsider reports that she’s facing nine charges: DUI manslaughter, driving with a suspended or revoked license resulting in death or serious injury, and seven counts of damage to a person or property.

To clarify for each of these charges here is what they have to prove beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt:

DUI Manslaughter (Second Class Felony): That she was indeed intoxicated at the time in which she was driving the vehicle, and that her actions were a significant causal factor in the death of the victim (Meaning even if the injuries which occurred as a result of Sunny's actions weren't the direct cause of death, her actions have to have triggered the event that did. Like you know, if somebody had a heart attack as a result of some dangerous act you committed.) This carries a maximum possible sentence of 15 years, minimum 4, in the state of Florida, and a fine up to the amount of $10,000, and a three year suspension of license.

Driving with a suspended or revoked license resulting in death or serious injury (Second class felony): That the license she was driving with was no longer active, and that this killed or injured the victim. Another sentence of up to 15 years, plus another fine of $10,000. In this instance I'm not sure how sentencing would work as both are charges which connect directly to the act of killing the man. Normally in that case they'd consider sentencing only for the more substantial of the two crimes, but they're both a charge for a different violation. On the whole, this one will likely be considered an aggravating charge to the Manslaughter charge.

Damage to Persons or Property (Third Degree Felony): That her actions injured people or caused the destruction of private property. Up to 5 years in prison for each charge. Fines up to $5,000.

So if convicted she's facing between 11 and 50 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines. Given her total lack of remorse, and the litany of aggravating factors here I'd expect closer to the 50 years in this case.

Even if there was a physical one, they’d just remove his plaque.

And now he’s a two-time inductee.

It was purely a media move, to make sure his name wasn’t there if the press Googled it and didn’t bother to do the next 4 seconds of research.

He wasn’t removed in any meaningful sense. The only ones who were punished were people who wanted to see his cartoon that also got pulled from the Network.
