Given there is no physical Hall and he was removed from the website and list of people recognised as 'in' that's as good as booted for what their HoF is. Even if there was a physical one, they’d just remove his plaque. And now he’s a two-time inductee. It was purely a media move, to make sure his name wasn’t there if the press Googled it and didn’t bother to do the next 4 seconds of research. He wasn’t removed in any meaningful sense. The only ones who were punished were people who wanted to see his cartoon that also got pulled from the Network. Ok, fine, WWE sucks and they don't care about anything and likely wont about this? Is that what you wanted? FFS, not everything has to be a fight

To the general public Hulk Hogan was a bit of 80s or 90s pop culture nostalgia and the WWE Hall of Fame is something they probably aren't even aware exist.

Halls of fame usually don't have morality clauses. Look at some of the people in the pro football hall of fame. Like OJ Simpson for one.
Granted, the WWE HOF isn't really based on any metrics besides "being in favor with Vince and Co." And there's still worse people in there than Sunny. So there's no real precedent to go by.

She is out? But of course she is. She out and running her mouth on some podcaster. Yeah because that what she should be doing.

What the f***? She looks like f***ing evil incarnate. That is genuinely terrifying. If anyone here has knowledge of Florida state law, what sort of time is she looking at if she's found guilty on all counts?

I swear to god she's like female Vince...she never suffers any real consequences and thinks she's bulletproof.
I hope this time is different.
50 monopoly money's says she shows up to court in a neckbrace.

I'm not trying to shame someone's appearance, but what makes someone's eyes look so sunken like that? Is that typically drug-related? I don't recall her looking that way before, unless it's just been makeup.

Yeah, Vince is a scummy person, but he's never directly murdered someone. Well, that we know of.

Yes and I said "never suffers any real consequences and thinks she's bulletproof" Not that it was apple to apple comparison of charges.

She looks f***ing awful... like REALLY f***ing awful. She didn't even look this bad a few years ago tbh. Like compare this to her Hall of Fame Speech, that was just a decade ago, it'd be heartbreaking if she wasn't such an unsympathetic piece of shit.

I don't recall her looking that way before, unless it's just been makeup. I'm pretty sure it's makeup, but it certainly makes her look an additional 10 years older than she is. Also, she was probably high and/or drunk when the mugshot was taken, which explains the eerie grin. I think Bill DeMott's heart is in the right place by wanting her removed from the Hall of Fame (and I certainly don't blame him for seeing red as he is the parent of a dead child due to DUI), but I'll say the same thing I said about it when there was traction to remove Hulk Hogan. What does it even mean to remove someone from the WWE Hall of Fame? There's no physical facility with an exhibit or plaque of Sunny's career. She's doesn't have a current contract or pension associated with the Hall of Fame induction that she can be cut from. The only thing anyone really has to show for a Hall of Fame spot is a ring (which may or may not have been pawned by now), a profile on the WWE.com website, and a small picture printed in the yearly program guide for WrestleMania/Hall of Fame weekend.

I'm actually not surprised, if I remember correctly DeMott's daughter was killed by a drunk driver. That makes sense. Doesnt stop him being a bully, but a sad thing to happen to anyone and explains why he's so invested in this. And yet, that he is trying to make positive differences because of this still puts him ahead of Tammy, as at least he's trying to change.

Sunny led to a person dying. As bad as the things others did, allegedly or otherwise, you really can't top that. Unless you're tied with her by being Jimmy Snuka or Carlos Colon (didn't help in Brody's murder). Or a certain celebrity who some claim has half a million plus deaths under his belt, depending on your feelings about non FAN friendly topics ;-)

This may be wrong to say but screw it...I hate her. I have always hated her. She always came off as shallow and high school mean and it didn't seem like a character she was playing. Her shoot interviews come off as cruel and delusional and I wish people stopped paying her for them and other dumbass things. And maybe, none of these things would incur my hatred if she also wasn't such a reckless and selfish person. I understand addiction...I'm currently four years sober and I understand relapse as it happened nearly five years ago to me. But I also know the importance of personal accountability and how not having that can affect others around you. Tammy/Sunny/Stupid Twat clearly does not understand this and it ended up costing someone's life. Of course, she doesn't see it that way and this is what is both disturbing and disgusting. Now she's out on bail and i cannot even attempt giving her the benefit of the doubt because she will do more harm either to herself or someone else. Because she seriously still thinks it's 1996 and she is Queen shit. But in reality, she is just shit.

To clarify for each of these charges here is what they have to prove beyond the shadow of a reasonable doubt: DUI Manslaughter (Second Class Felony): That she was indeed intoxicated at the time in which she was driving the vehicle, and that her actions were a significant causal factor in the death of the victim (Meaning even if the injuries which occurred as a result of Sunny's actions weren't the direct cause of death, her actions have to have triggered the event that did. Like you know, if somebody had a heart attack as a result of some dangerous act you committed.) This carries a maximum possible sentence of 15 years, minimum 4, in the state of Florida, and a fine up to the amount of $10,000, and a three year suspension of license. Driving with a suspended or revoked license resulting in death or serious injury (Second class felony): That the license she was driving with was no longer active, and that this killed or injured the victim. Another sentence of up to 15 years, plus another fine of $10,000. In this instance I'm not sure how sentencing would work as both are charges which connect directly to the act of killing the man. Normally in that case they'd consider sentencing only for the more substantial of the two crimes, but they're both a charge for a different violation. On the whole, this one will likely be considered an aggravating charge to the Manslaughter charge. Damage to Persons or Property (Third Degree Felony): That her actions injured people or caused the destruction of private property. Up to 5 years in prison for each charge. Fines up to $5,000. So if convicted she's facing between 11 and 50 years in prison and up to $25,000 in fines. Given her total lack of remorse, and the litany of aggravating factors here I'd expect closer to the 50 years in this case. I think she would get on the higher side of the punishments because of her history and the factors involved.

I think she would get on the higher side of the punishments because of her history and the factors involved. With sentencing they look at a variety of factors. Among them are state guidelines, prior offenses with special consideration for previous offences of the same kind, mental state of the offender, and remorse for the crime committed. So as a serial offender who has shown herself to repeatedly be a danger to herself and others, who has shown no remorse and refused to take any accountability for her behavior, if I were prosecuting the case I'd be pushing for the maximum sentence.
