Cinderella tourney could go either way but have a feeling they are getting behind Hanan for a push.

Semifinals are
Hanan vs. Ruaka AZM vs. Ami Sohrei
I imagine Hanan and AZM but a surprise contender would be interesting.

So Hanan beat Ruaka, Ami beat AZM and then Hanan took it in the final.
Rina got the win for Oedo Tai which I'm pleased about. Man, I've missed Poi.

Giulia, Mirai, Mai Sakurai, Utami Hayashishita and Yuzuki are leaving STARDOM at the end of the month.
Yuzu is the name that is taking alot of people by shock as she is very big prospect and has been impressing alot of fans.

Since Sonny appears to be joining the Rossy fed that should give you an idea of their level of English output. Maybe Stardom fans will get faster uploads now lol

Good news is that Stardom is testing out live streaming on Stardom World for this weekend’s shows.

Maybe Stardom fans will get faster uploads now lol Gotta ask, you're one of the biggest joshi followers on the forum. Rossy's forming his own fed and his acrimonious split from Stardom, obviously it remains to be seen how big of a player Rossy will be, but does this rank high on joshi promotion breakups? I know these happen often, like Emi Sakura has been part of like 2-3 of these on her own, for example.

It’s up there I say simply because of how many big names it could affect , but it’s a little less dramatic because I think people have sensed frustration between him and Bushiroad for a bit so it’s not totally shocking. It’s definitely interesting because it will kinda tell who outside of Stardom had issues with him specifically or not. The hangup for me would be we really don’t know how viable the financial backing he has is, but I kinda suspect something substantial is there, because he got some fairly important names to go with him (Giulia temporarily, an ace in Utami, potential future ace in Yuzuki, someone influential like Nanae likely, etc and whoever splits later) and it’s hard to imagine they’d all just vamoose without some idea of stability. So he could potentially make something with not only a mix of former Stardom talent, but a good pay day for top freelancers and other promotion’s stars who are free to wrestle elsewhere which I think would be fun. I think the type of venues he announces (probably in the next month) would give an idea of that.

I was under the impression she was one of the big freelancer names for a while, she seems to pop up wherever.

For joshi promotions Sead is probably her most closely associated with Sendai and Wave close behind. Otherwise she really pops up in any promotion not named Stardom lol. She has been wanting to do shows in America but has been having visa issues.

Is she full time or just until she gets ready to go to WWE? Probably freelance because as far as I know she is still planning to go to Rossy's new promotion before going to WWE.

To the best of my knowledge, all of the women in NOAH are freelancers for now. Maybe Great Sakuya is signed, but I suspect it's more that NOAH owns the Sakuya gimmick and Riko Kawahata herself is still a freelancer.

I don't believe that Rossy has sighed with WWE or that it is his planned destination, but as a chaos timeline enthusiast, I want to talk about the possibility. Sean Ross Sapp is now hinting that Rossy's new promotion is under the WWE umbrella in some way. The Chaos timeline doesn't die, it merely adapts. Also for the record like all wrestling journalists, SRS is bad at his job and I continue to be interested in the possibility more because the idea of WWE signing deals with Japanese promotions and potentially doing excursions amuses me (this is also why I'm keeping an eye on Dempsey or any other NXT wrestlers going to AJPW or another fed) as well as the possible implications of a deal at a big picture level.

Can't wait for the show tomorrow. It's gonna be weird watching a Stardom PPV at night.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler} Rossy is in Philadelphia. Giulia is in the USA, likely also Philadelphia (for the 'Hottest free agent' spot at Stand & Deliver). I think I'm ready to accept that Rossy's new promotion is going to be under the WWE umbrella in some description.

Intellectually, I know this is meaningless. Natalya will be in attendance for Stardom's show this evening. She won't be wrestling. She won't make an appearance in the ring. On the other hand... The Chaos Timeline adapts. Stardom forming an agreement with WWE so that they do not aid Rossy so that his hypothetical new federation is less able to get off the ground is not something I could predict (and also isn't what's happening). When interpreting things through the lens of WWE forming agreements with as many Japanese feds as possible so that NXT Japan is just WWE sending wrestlers on tour in Japan rather than an actual federation and Japanese wrestlers getting runs in WWE/NXT proper in return, things are a lot more fun than reality.
