Holy crap now it seems that they taped until DON week, and good thing Khan was prepared in case Georgia authorities showed up.

Wouldn't Schiavone be in the high risk group too? At 62 He's not much younger then JR and yet they still have him coming to shows. I think Ross has some health issues that put him in a higher risk category. Tony also lives in Georgia and had been driving to Jacksonville to do the tapings. Much less risk going from his home to his car to the arena rather than having to fly.

Well that’s not a good optic for AEW. It would have been if he ahd been forced to close. Since he had it all legit and prepared probably nothing will happen I guess that’s one way to look at it. Another is that instead of shutting down like many have called for, they’re looking for legal loopholes to keep filming. I mean, as a viewer, I’m glad they’re getting a bunch of shows in the can and hope WWE can do the same.

They actually have to have wrestling on their shows for 2 or 3 hours and they’ve proven they can’t do that.

All MGM resorts shows and attractions have been cancelled through May 31st, which would obviously include Double or Nothing and the Dynamite episode afterwards, which are May 23rd and 27th.

So, with the “wrestling is essential” tantrum from Florida, I would hope AEW don’t go the WWE route.

I really hope AEW doesn't decide to follow in WWE's example here. Though with WWE and Florida opening the floodgates here, I wouldn't be surprised to see other sports leagues and wrestling promotions try to follow in their example

On the other hand, I hope this is because AEW is requiring everyone to get tested.

I really hope that's so he can be tested for work purposes and not because he thinks he's sick.
