So I’m watching an old episode of World Championship Wrestling from 1988 and right at the top of the show Jim Ross reads a passage from Brian’s new book about his claim that Sting should Perhaps pay him royalties for copying his haircut. Jim goes on to say that Sting had it first and it sounded like a loose kind of challenge to him to show up and get involved with the NWA.
In a bit Paul Jones mentions Bosworth and his book again-were they ever in talks with the Boz?

Nope but Jim Cornette made a joke about the Road Warriors buying Bosworth’s autobiography a subtle dig at them doing steroids.

Boz was out of Oklahoma and JR always roams the sidelines so I’d say that he tried to recruit him at some point for sure. Kind of surprised that Bosworth never tried his hand at wrestling after his football career ended actually.

His football career was a bit before my time, but he seemed like a dude who was made for wrestling. Also, Stone Cold is one of my "guilty pleasure" movies.
