I would add a poll, but not really sure how many fans there are of the group. I just find myself listening to them quite a bit lately, even though I have been listening to them for a very long time. I have always liked "Seventeen Seconds" the most, but I have revisited "Faith" and it's tough for me to decide which album I like more. I still enjoy their more pop albums like "The Head on the Door", "Kiss me, Kiss me, Kiss me" and "Disintegration", but my favorite period is definitely the darker period before they went in a lighter direction. Just curious what others think and I'm bored. They definitely have different styles through time and some of their albums are not for everyone. Personally, I can barely listen to most of "Pornography" because of the same thudding drum beat throughout most of the album, even though I enjoy "One Hundred Years" and "Cold", also I do appreciate the album basically laying the groundwork for industrial rock later down the road.

I'm gonna have to defer to Kyle Broflovski from South Park on this one. "Disintegration is the best album ever!" (at 2:38)

Probably the plebian answer but it's definitely Disintegration.

I don't know the answer to this question, but I do know that this compelled me to put "Boys Don't Cry" on repeat and I regret nothing.

The Head on the Door was the first I heard, so it's always stuck out the most for me.

The Head on the Door was the first I heard, so it's always stuck out the most for me. Definitely my favorite Cure album after they got out of the "dark period" in the early 80s. So many great songs on that album.

Disintegration. Lullaby is one of my favourite songs.

Robert Smith is infinitely less of a bitch than Morrissey.

Robert Smith is infinitely less of a bitch than Morrissey. Definitely, actually Smith comes off surprisingly funny and charming in interviews. I know he had a rough period recording "Pornography" and the tour that followed, but other than that he isn't a douche like Morrissey.

Pornography
Disintegration has better songs but also has a lot of songs I really don’t like.

Pornography. Faith and Distintigration are probably tied for second. Pornography is so powerful, so layered and filled with pain and anxiety. Perfect for any 15 year old in any era.

Disintegration is heavier than any of the death metal I’ve ever heard.

It's a tie between Disintegration, Pornography, Bloodflowers, self-titled, and 4:13 Dream. They don't have a bad album but those are my absolute favorites. So good.
