They can't tape any new episodes right now, so they've both gone deep into the vault for old episodes to run in the main timeslot (or at least WoF is.)
Jeopardy's currently airing a College Contestants Tournament (don't know whether this is a new one, or one they've already aired long ago), but after this, I suggest they just go ahead and re-air the entire Ken Jennings run. It was 75 episodes I think, but since it'll be a while (maybe even a long while) before the show can tape again, and even longer after that to get the episodes edited and ready for air, I would think they could fit the whole streak in.

They only recognize the nighttime run as canon. (not to mention Chuck being a polarizing person for banned topics...) Which Wheels ARE they airing? I've had similar talk elsewhere about CBS daytime. If the network won't allow Buzzr or GSN to run them, they should use the vacancies to air some Barker Price is Rights.

I’ll take the China set for $500, the Dalmatian statue for $180, and the rest on a service merchandise gift card!

I dont think they could run old TPIR eps due to all the product plugs (they got away from that in recent years and just use generic descriptions), to say nothing about the older eps where they gave away fur coats and even pets.

No. The problems, apparently, are... 1) CBS doesn't want reruns. 2) If the show is reran, they then have to go through Bob Barker, who has banned.... a) Any episodes with furs given away. b) Any shows with the models he fell out with, especially Holly Halstrom. c) He doesn't seem to be keen on Tom Kennedy, Dennis James, or Doug Davidson episodes. (the James ones gave furs away a lot, apparently, though.) (And if you watch daytime eps. from 1994-95, Barker would sometimes say that his was the "real Price is Right" and would not be replaced by the syndicated -- Davidson -- version. Though, to be fair, I THINK they have to go through Paramount who syndicated it too. Kinda like how back in the day Sony owned any Pyramid still on existing tape except the Bill Cullen episodes and others.)

I think Jeopardy and Wheel have taped enough episodes to run through May.
