So with gigs and festivals getting cancelled left right and centre and will be probably for the year, what's everyones top show they saw?
My concert of the year was at the very end of January, a triple bill of the Wildhearts, Backyard Babies and CKY.
Ok, so it was my only gig this year so it wins by default. Having said that, it was a great night. I did have Maiden on a Monday in June with Ramnestien on the following Wednesday in Belfast so one of those would have probably taken it

Wilco. TBF it was the only concert I had been to in 2020 so far. It was right before everything was shut down. It was a great show though.

Code Orange livestreamed a show in the empty arena where their album release show was supposed to take place but then couldn't.
If it has to be something I was literally physically there for, Kissburgh 2. Six bands from the Pittsburgh area (well, one from West Virginia) each played 2 Kiss covers and then a buttload of original tunes. A great time with The Jasons, The Shadow Event, Johnny and the Razorblades, Royal Honey, 13 Saints, and Crooked Cobras.

I saw the cast of High School Musical reunite to sing “We’re All In This Together” the other night on ABC. That was pretty lit.

My last concert was in December. Five Finger Death Punch, Three Days Grace and Bad Wolves. It was good times, even if I thought I might die, a little, because my seats were upper bowl and I hate heights haha.

was supposed to see They Might Be Giants on March 14th... literally the week basically New York City shut down >_>
Otherwise... Dropkick Murphys had a live broadcast on St. Patrick's Day... that's about all I've seen this year.

Was supposed to see Cattle Decapitation last weekend in London but was cancelled obviously. Got a refund thankfully as it looks like the tour has been scrapped altogether.

I saw The Used back in January. The tickets sold out immediatly before I could get one, then I ended up spending way too much for an aftermarket ticket on the night of the show. It was amazing. A completely jammed house of 30-something year old emo kids at heart losing their minds for their high school jams like we did back in the day. So much fun.

Managed to just sneak one in, GZA did a 25th anniversary show for "Liquid Swords" the night after my birthday at the end of February. Pretty good show, he may have lost a little step but seemed to warm up as he went along (Considering he's 53, I'll give him a pass) and actually performs with a small live band led by his cousin/ODB's younger brother, which was a great add.
Had tickets to Caroline Rose, Doja Cat and Vagabon in March, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard in May. Vagabon and King Gizzard have been bumped to fall, no word on the other two yet.

I saw Otoboke Beaver shortly before everything started kicking off, but that's my only one of 2020. Of the past twelve months, the Descendents last summer were pretty great, and so were Shonen Knife.

I haven't seen any yet but was meant to see Queen and Adam Lambert for the 3rd time in June but it's been postponed to next year. I'm also meant to be seein Ozzy Osbourne in October but I reckon that will be delayed too for the 3rd time since the original date in February 2019.
