I'm not trusting Timm to have it be anything but bad filled with Bruce and Barbara making out and Harley being shoved into every episode And then we find out the show is co-produced by WWE Films and Harley is voiced by Alexa Bliss. Special guest Samoa Joe as Killer Croc.

You see it is because King Shark is a shark.

HBO Max are looking into reviving Batman: The Animated Series They'll just ruin it by trying to shoehorn Jason Todd and Hush into the narrative. The recent, and apparently only 8 issues long, B:TAS comic seemed to do that already. {Spoiler}Also Deathstroke. Of course. yay I actually lost interest in it when I realized it wasn't a series of fun one-shots (like the old B:TAS series were) but a larger story that even Burnett & Dini couldn't hook me with. So this news pretty much falls flat for me. The whole animated DC line has fallen flat for me; writing this post I realized that I watched the "Choose your own adventure" Death in the Family flick a month ago and didn't even bother playing all the endings. We have the old B:TAS, God bless it, but a new one..... if it's not Conway and Hamill and a few other returnees mixed with new era voices, forget it. Reboot and do something else like they've been doing, amidst Bat embargos and what not, for years now.

I love BTAS.... but Bruce Timm has been striking out massively in like every attempt to do something like it afterwards.
If he stays as the character designer and lets other people handle the stories... it might be better but... I'm much more wait and see with this news than if this came out like 5 years ago.

Not that I think they'd lie about it... but while JK Rowling is on her shit it's probably for the best to deny its existence... They don't need MORE reasons for people not to get HBO Max >_>

Kind of bummed. I’m an estranged Harry Potter fan but the concept of a show set in that world sounded like it’d have legs. Also, despite all the major tentpole releases, this seemingly straight-forward film’s caught my eye: Denzel, Rami and Leto look great. Apparently comes out tomorrow.

Justice League and Unlimited are going up on February 1st. Guessing Superman will go up in March then; sort of a weird drip-feed when all of the main DCAU shows were already up on DC Universe but I get it. Have my doubts on if we'll end up getting Static Shock, and certainly not going to get some of the more offbeat stuff like Gotham Girls and Zeta Project, but really BtAS, JL/U, StAS, and Beyond are the chunk of the DCAU that actually matters anyway.

The fact you’re hiding the real story is actually disgraceful. ALL OF BATMAN: BRAVE AND THE BOLD WILL BE UP ON FEBRUARY 1ST!

I loved Batman Brave & The Bold. Between it, BTAS, Batman Beyond, Static Shock, JL, and JLU, it's a good time for me as a big fan of those cartoons. Just get Superman TAS on there, and that's most of the good stuff.
