I notice none of that actually contradicts anything she said. It's entirely possible she was a nightmare to work with while also being truthful about it being a horrific work environment. And talking about 18 hour days and saying "her supposed injury" seem like good indications of her point. Pretty much, yeah. It’s not there to prove her wrong, it’s there to make her seem like the worse party even with the evidence she has.

It's been coming out that Ruby was a pain in the ass to work with on the set...
That said... doesn't negate anything Ruby said.
It is entirely likely that both sides are assholes in this.

BTW, the stuff about that PA needing a GoFundMe to pay for her medical bills for injuries on the show is 100% true. I saw it for myself. So it's not like Ruby is completely blowing smoke here. actually, she kind of is with that one. its true a PA was involved in an accident with a lift on set and was paralyzed, and its true she had to set up a GoFundMe to help cover medical bills, but according to Ruby: "Her accident occurred because our show refused to shut down when everyone else did because of COVID." unless the PA and/or lift operator had COVID and it impaired the performance of their job, one thing has nothing to do with the other. you might as well argue that the accident was the result of them decided to work or a Wednesday, or because they wanted to film in Canada, or because WB chose to make the show in the first place, or any arbitrary reason that resulted in that specific PA and that specific lift operator being at that specific spot at that specific time. to blame the accident on the producers because of COVID is a cheap shot If the producers are forcing actors and production staff to work to exhaustion to get episodes in the can rather than shut down like they should have, they're increasing the chances of something going terribly wrong.

Among the things she said is that the PA who claimed she was a "dictator" on set never even worked on the show. No one she talked to remembers seeing him, nor is it on his IMDB or anything.
But yeah, I think it's telling that everyone who tried to counter Ruby's arguments just focused on attacking her instead of disputing said arguments. Meanwhile, Ruby's providing some manner of receipts that only give her arguments more legitimacy.
Like, this is still likely an Everybody Sucks Here situation, but the CW and Dries are coming off more like the bigger assholes in all this.

There probably isn't a quicker way to lose credibility than the "let's have multiple people just gang up on the accuser" approach to responding to criticisms. I mean, sure, Ruby could've been a pain on set; though even there, a horrible back injury and latex allergy when the suit you have to wear all the time is latex would probably do that. But when there's two sides and one is giving grievances and the other is going "Yeah, but she was mean!", I'm going to side with the person not being petty.

I'm not saying this is true or not of Ross, but it also wouldn't be the first time WB turned a blind eye to an abusive presence on set.

Still watching the show. I can't blame the actors on it, or the crew for what the shit heads at top want done. A thought about last night's episode {Spoiler}Holy f***ing shit! Marquis is gonna be the new Joker? Joker made a new Joker. Now that was a great plot twist. We all had it pegged that Jada was a villain, but everything she's done to Ryan has been to protect her, and she's trying to freeze Marquis. So, she gave up Ryan to protect her from Marquis, till she could find out just what the f*** Joker did to turn Marquis into a sociopath.

I can't say I didn't see this coming. This show was on borrowed time ever since Ruby Rose jumped ship.

Im not surprised. First season was fun, and Alice was great.
The replacement Batwoman was too obnoxious and unlikeable, that and then bringing in Zsasz, getting me hyped, then beating him in the very same episode in a stupid way .... i tapped out

in true "they will find literally any reason to bring it up" I saw a few people say that this is proof that the Snyderverse is being renewed... because... something something Merger...
and not... like Batwoman didn't have great ratings... they had to literally change main characters between seasons and there was all sorts of behind the scenes drama.

in true "they will find literally any reason to bring it up" I saw a few people say that this is proof that the Snyderverse is being renewed... because... something something Merger... They've also spent most of this week crowing that The Flash stole shots from Justice League, specifically of Flash entering the Speed Force. Because it's not like he's ever done it in the comics or anything. The show was on borrowed time the moment Ruby quit, and everybody and their mother knew it. It's a shock it managed to limp on for a third season, to be honest.

I figured it was cancelled after the actress swap season >_> I really never heard anything anywhere about it...

if they had just quietly replaced her with Ruby Riott then a majority of people would have just went "oh, I guess I misheard and thought they said 'Ruby Rose,'" and everything would have been fine.

Legends of Tomorrow is also cancelled This is one that is creating the uproar and rightfully so ...Legends finally gets the 1 charactet they have wanted since season 1 and then cancel it amongst a big cliffhanger. I think they are gonna back down on this one and give it atleast maybe 5 episodes to wrap the story up. Or maybe HBO MAX can give them the chance to wrap the entire thing up and is something I see alot of people clammoring for.
