Saw this on my Twitter feed, keeping it under the spoiler tag until something more official comes out. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}According to this Gematsu article, the new Crash Bandicoot game has be rated in Taiwan. It's called "Crash Bandicoot 4: It's About Time". Now with a title like that there is still skepticism I know, but I did see this video and the mask in the upper corner does match the completed puzzle: ...it does lend a bit more credence that this is an official thing. Will be interesting to see how it's named in Japan since they already have Wrath of Cortex as Crash 4 over there. Also interesting no mention of a Switch version, but that may be (and I could be wrong on this) Nintendo's presence over there being a bit weaker.

Sounds like they're blowing the doors off of this. Can't wait.

That looks properly nuts.

Don't know if I would pay $60 for it, but I'd be okay with it being $30-40 for it.

This is basically the N.Sane trilogy with new levels and stuff. Nice. Only have a Switch though

With that joke at the end. Was The Wrath of Cortex considered bad? I remember having it on the PS2 and liking it.

People who like it like it for what it is, but people who don't like it really don't like it. For me, it's the technical issues (such as the music not looping on some versions), over reliance on vehicular segments and levels, and redundancy of the plot.

They make the elevator in Mass Effect seem tame.

Not crazy on the redesigns, seems a pity when the N. Sane/CTR Nitro looks were so spot on to the originals while having plenty of flair, but looks interesting, seems like similar style gameplay just taking advantage of more open level design. Curious about how Cortex and Coco will play.

Curious about how Cortex and Coco will play. Yeah, something about the art style seems off to me. It’s hard to explain but looking at the characters side by side with the N.SANE trilogy versions, they look almost like low resolution cartoon characters while the latter looks more “realistic” if that makes sense.
