At this point if your watching WWE you're complicit in COVID spreading. They are just way too dangerous right now

They are just way too dangerous right now I know we're all upset right now, but this isnt fair to people who watch wrestling as an escape. They aren't telling Vince to stay open, he's staying open himself like a lunatic despite all the fires. He's blaming the fans, essentially, because he wants to "Entertain" them and that's more important. It's bullshit, but I'm not about to point fingers at fans and say they're the problem, Vince is the problem for not doing ANYTHING to prevent this, protect his workers, or help out the situation in any way. The fans are simply his excuse, he wants money and he wants his way, that's always been how Vince works.

WWE had a conference call with Sports Hiatus with WWE EVP of Global Head Sales and Partnership, John Brody and their response to all this was basically “If you could hand us a shovel, we’re going to dig ourselves further down”. I've said this before, but I'll say it again. I assume it's because of the pandemic right now and people want to keep getting money to put away, but I am shocked nobody has been reported to ask for their release from this company yet, especially now, when it feels like it's at its worst point. Maybe we'll start hearing about this whenever it calms down, but I thought TNA Morale was low, I can't imagine what some of these wrestlers are going through right now, not just for the ones who have gotten exposed, but for the complete tone deaf responses and lack of communication between the talent and higher ups, is beginning to become extremely telling. This isn't a good situation, and I don't see it getting much better.

Apparently Kayla deleted her Twitter over harassment she was getting over it twice. Because people are assholes. I mean I was seeing people on twitter from America calling out people who weren't wearing masks running. I mean I'm living in Ireland and when I go out for exercise I've never put a mask on, but yes when I've had to go to shops or whatever for food because I'm indoors. I mean outdoors is better then being indoors and if indoors wear a mask.why does this stuff seem to be difficult for America ?

I'm confused, other than watching and ergo supporting the product, how else would the fans tell Vince to stay open? The only reason Vince can run shows in the first place is that there's an audience for it. If there wasn't, USA and FOX would just air Home Alone 2 instead

Where is this idea that "the tolerant crowd" are the ones who harassed her coming from?

Time for Vince to dig out that old sympathetic neckbrace again. Maybe we can help make it legitimate.

If WWE had a huge ratings dive, it would cause networks to talk to them about running shows. Its the only thing that could possibly save lives at this point and right now it really is life or death here

Apparently Kayla deleted her Twitter over harassment she was getting over catching it twice. Because people are assholes. Folk were giving her stick because she put up pics of herself at a beach (apparently) when Florida was getting hit really bad, so it’s more like people were going all “Told you so” on her.

Its the only thing that could possibly save lives at this point and right now it really is life or death here The ratings are pretty much the worst they've been for their main shows in quite some time, if not ever. But then, ratings aren't really the only indicator of success or even total viewership.

It needs to be said again that if USA didn’t have WWE, USA would genuinely be f***ed. They have nothing else at this point.

They have nothing else at this point. Yeah, that too. For advertising revenue, total viewership is practically irrelevant. You want to look at the key demo numbers and for the most part, they're still fairly strong for WWE even with total viewership being down.

So because I didn’t want to make a separate thread for this yet, guess what the new tag line for Extreme Rules is?
“The Horror Show”
Yes. Yes.
There’s misreading the room once with “ The Risk is Worth the Reward” and then there’s just walking into the room blindfolded bumping into everyone.
