SAnitY was amazing and should've never been broken up.
As soon as Eric shaved the beard, I knew it was game over.
He just looked like a banker who was having a midlife crisis with all those tattoos.
The beard made him look crazy and edgy.

His run even in NXT was sad IMO. He really should of done comedy, but then he ruined his entire look by adding awful mid-life crisis tattoos and shaving his head/beard. Maybe Vince looked at him and thought he went overkill with the tattoo gun. This look was fine:

My favorite part is when he says Vince failed the fans and the shareholders by not pushing Eric Young.

Aside from money and exposure I simply cannot understand how people, especially people from the Indies, want to go to WWE at this current time when they hear the horror stories from everyone released from there. Not just "some", EVERYONE. It just feels like a pit where you have almost no chance, you could do one thing tomorrow Vince didn't like and it'd be the end of you and we've SEEN IT happen over and over to talent. I get a dream for a lot of this talent when they were young was to make it to the WWE grand stage, but the WWE stage that they saw in the 80s and for the young kids 90s and 00s, isn't even what WWE is now in 2020. It's ab absolute disaster and I feel the more people that speak up, the more people are gonna eigh their options. Otherwise, you're basically stuck in WWE's system so no one else can actually use you for anything remotely interesting... it's just a really bad energy to be in right now, and I have to think the more stories that come out about how WWE has a broken system there are, the more it's gonna make a difference. Well.... A) It's not everyone shitting on the company post-release. B) There are people who love traveling the world (Pre-COVID) while getting paid to do so C) There are wrestlers who probably don't care about their win/loss ratio as long as they get paid well D) Most people, in general, know there going to be some sucky parts about their job and the WWE is no different E) There will be wrestlers who bet on themselves to get to the top F) You get to hang out with your friends and travel with them which is plus for a lot of people.

![](https://thumbs.gfycat.com/FirmRelievedAmericanpainthorse-size_restricted.gif) I think this was his best look. Had the beard, the mohawk and was roided to the gills. Arm tats looked good Once he got off the juice, shaved everything and got that bad back tat he looked way less like a star and more just a guy.

I mean... Sanity were this big thing in NXT and they were this big imposing group... they air a few quick vignettes for Sanity and then...
they debut on a random smackdown (I think they f***ing LOST their debut at that) with one of the members still in NXT and silently broken up from them... and then... weren't seen for like weeks...
they did nothing with them... to the point of you wonder why the hell did they bother calling them up because they clearly had no plans on using them...

No matter how shitty people in WWE get treated, if you make it you are made for life and that's the dream people hold on to Seth Rollins could easily fell through the cracks with two guys projected way higher then him but he's standing on equal if not higher ground then those two at this moment. See Shinsuka Nakamura who wanted to take pressure off his body and just is content with wrestling as a side hobby but all my man wants to do is surf As long as that one percent chance exist of becoming larger then life, people will still sign up

Not only were they not seen, when they came back they started f***ing with their looks I said from jump they should kept Killian Dain in NXT as singles wrestler while you have a 3 person trio in Wolfe, Young and Cross who can work and do well with the gimmick. Wolfe and Young go straight to the tag scene while Cross fights the women

He f***ed up his look with that Dude is in good shape but he's skinny and that back tat is just a big pile of mess imo. He doesn't look imposing, just a hobo who wandered by you who probably made a bad life decision with that tat Another person I can pinpoint who looks less like a star is Breeze. He is more shredded now but he lost the mass and cut the hair and just doesn't have that aura anymore

The treatment of Sanity was weird because Sanity felt like a Vince-like stable. A bunch of ugly dudes who can roar and beat people up and can be stereotyped somewhat. There wasn’t a Bray Wyatt in them but it was much more balanced ability wise so there was more you could do with them.
The problem was that there isn’t something easy to figure out what happened since they were hyped for ages, debuted, lost and then disappeared so...like, did someone mess up backstage or...?

I could tell it was over for the dude when be debuted, and he's...a generic angry bearded tattoo'd guy in a sea full of generic angry bearded tattoo'd guys. It's okay to borrow from TNA sometimes, they knew his strengths.

Didn't really follow Sanity, but Eric Young may have fared better in comedic role.

Main roster did bad by EY How they didn't have him do comedy is beyond me. Other then that he was used perfectly in NXT Yeah, dude was like a Santino who could actually go and also had one of the widest ranges in the industry. He really was given no opportunities whatsoever and he could have been slotted into anything.

I can almost guarentee we treat this whacky world more seriously than some of the talent. For every Ambrose who gets fed up at the process and bails at the first opportunity, there’s probably 10 guys who are happily living the dream and just doing their thing, hanging with buds, and traveling the world.

He was awesome in TNA as the comedy guy, I loved when he would lock up with the ref before a match. He was good for the little of him I saw in NXT, but main roster he was just some generic guy who didn’t stand out. Vince McMahons fault or not. A generic guy who didn't stand out?! He was an anarchist revolutionary punk!

I had a hard job taking him serious as a member of sanity as to me he will always be the guy in TNA who was scared of his own pyro.

This was the match that I thought was when Sanity was dead in the water. Remember during Miz and Shane McMahons feud they were made to look like shit to The Miz.....The F**king Miz of all people. He is not a Stone Cold Steve Austin against D-X and putting them in bear traps or other things but they made it seem like that.
Now who in their right mind would EVER believe that The Miz could beat up 3 people in almost an Austin style beatdown?
